【摘要】：噬菌體(bacteriophage,phage)是感染細(xì)菌、真菌、放線菌或螺旋體等微生物的總稱。衣原體噬菌體是一種以衣原體為宿主的噬菌體。1982年科學(xué)家首次發(fā)現(xiàn)了衣原體噬菌體Chp1,此后又相繼發(fā)現(xiàn)了5種新的衣原體噬菌體,包括φCPG1,Chp2,φCPAR39(φCpn1),Chp3和Chp4。該文主要對目前所發(fā)現(xiàn)的6種衣原體噬菌體分別進行了介紹,并簡單介紹了它們與宿主細(xì)胞的結(jié)合機制,為今后對衣原體噬菌體與宿主細(xì)胞間相互作用的進一步研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Bacteriophage (bacteriophage,phage) is a general term for bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes or spirochetes. Chlamydia chlamydia phage is a kind of bacteriophage with chlamydia as host. In 1982, scientists first discovered chlamydia phage Chp1, and then discovered five new chlamydia bacteriophages, including 蠁 CPG1,Chp2, 蠁 CPAR39 (蠁 Cpn1), Chp3 and Chp4.. In this paper, six kinds of chlamydia phage were introduced, and their binding mechanism with host cells was briefly introduced, which laid a foundation for the further study of the interaction between chlamydia phage and host cell in the future.
