蔞芩止嗽煎對青霉素在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰熱證大鼠模型肺組織轉(zhuǎn)運能力的影響
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore whether the penicillin decoction can improve the transport ability of penicillin in the lung tissue of rats with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) with phlegm heat syndrome. Methods: 80 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: model group, ambroxol group, Erchen decoction group and trichosanthes Qinzisou decoction group. The rat model of phlegm heat syndrome (AECOPD) was established by cigarette smoking, endotoxin injection into trachea and nasal cavity drip of Grape aureus. The concentration of penicillin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results: the drug concentration in serum of 15min and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was significantly higher than that in model group, ambroxol group and Erchen decoction group (P0.05, P0.01). There was no significant difference in the lung tissue, but the median comparison showed that the drug concentration was the highest in the Luoqingzisou decoction group. There was no significant difference between the 30min serum and the lung tissue group. But in the lavage solution, the drug concentration in the decoction group was lower than that in the ambroxol group, Erchen decoction group and model group (P0.05). Conclusion: the penicillin can increase the concentration of penicillin in the lung tissue of rats with AECOPD phlegm heat syndrome, that is, it can enhance its transport ability in the lung tissue under the guidance of the method of clearing heat and removing phlegm. It provides experimental basis for clinical selection of traditional Chinese medicine as an adjuvant drug for the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD.
