【摘要】：目的擬定綜合性生理-心理-社會(huì)三維量表,并檢驗(yàn)該量表的信度、效度及測(cè)量人體衰老度的結(jié)果。方法根據(jù)某些量表構(gòu)建理論與方法及筆者的實(shí)踐感受,篩選出健康人體生理、心理、社會(huì)不同維度的衰老條目,并經(jīng)專家評(píng)分進(jìn)一步確定條目且制成量表,用Saaty法確定量表不同維度的權(quán)重;在此基礎(chǔ)上,以南昌市東湖、洪都及九江市沙河某些社區(qū)為研究現(xiàn)場(chǎng),分層隨機(jī)抽取≥20歲健康人為研究對(duì)象,以10歲為組段,進(jìn)行衰老度測(cè)量,用SPSS18.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果本文構(gòu)建的量表由生理-心理-社會(huì)三維度51個(gè)衰老度相關(guān)條目組成;量表中的生理、心理、社會(huì)各維度權(quán)重系數(shù)分別為0.49、0.31、0.20;三維量表信度為0.786,效度為71.15%,年齡與量表分值的線性相關(guān)分析(r=0.528)提示分值隨年齡升高而呈上升趨勢(shì)。結(jié)論構(gòu)建的三維衰老度量表對(duì)測(cè)量健康人衰老度有可行性,能反映年齡與分值的關(guān)系,該量表還體現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)模式,將為深入完善人體衰老度測(cè)量提供思路。
[Abstract]:Objective to develop a comprehensive physiological-psychological-social three-dimensional scale and to test its reliability, validity and the results of measuring human aging. Methods according to the theory and method of constructing some scales and the author's experience in practice, the aging items of different dimensions of physiology, psychology and society of healthy human body were screened out, and the items were further determined by the expert score and made into the scale.
