抗白色念珠菌的海洋微生物的分離與鑒定

【摘要】:本文旨在從海洋沉積物樣品中分離篩選出具有抗白色念珠菌特性的細(xì)菌菌株。通過涂布平板法分離出112株菌株,通過初篩得到6株對(duì)白色念珠菌有拮抗作用的菌株,經(jīng)瓊脂擴(kuò)散法培養(yǎng)復(fù)篩,最終得到1株拮抗效果最好的菌株,命名為NB04-N1,其抑菌圈直徑為(30.13±0.45)mm。16S rDNA測(cè)序鑒定結(jié)果證明該菌株為綠膿桿菌(Pseudomonas)。
[Abstract]:The aim of this paper is to isolate and screen bacterial strains resistant to Candida albicans from marine sediment samples. 112 strains were isolated by coating plate method, and 6 strains with antagonistic effect against Candida albicans were obtained by primary screening. Finally, a strain with the best antagonistic effect was obtained by Agar diffusion method, named NB04-N1,. The diameter of the bacteriostasis circle was (30.13 鹵0.45) mm.16S rDNA sequencing. The result showed that the strain was Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Pseudomonas).
