【摘要】：BST-2(Bone marrow stromal antigen 2,BST-2)一種宿主內天然抗病毒因子,自2008年首次報道其具有抗人類免疫缺陷病毒(HIV-1)釋放的功能,一直認為BST-2主要在細胞膜上限制病毒釋放。最近發(fā)現(xiàn)BST-2對在細胞內部組裝的乙型肝炎病毒(HBV),同樣具有抑制作用,擴大了BST-2抗病毒作用的范圍。并且BST-2在多囊泡體(MVB)中抑制HBV的釋放與抑制HIV-1在細胞膜中釋放的作用機制相似。同時發(fā)現(xiàn)HBV能夠拮抗BST-2的限制作用,而HBV病毒中發(fā)揮作用的拮抗因子,目前有兩個觀點,一是HBV在肝細胞的特定條件下利用調節(jié)蛋白HBx拮抗BST-2的限制作用,另一觀點認為包膜蛋白HBs對BST-2存在拮抗作用。本文重點概述和討論了BST-2限制HBV病毒的最新研究進展。
[Abstract]:BST-2 (BST-2) is a natural anti-viral agent in a host. It has been reported for the first time in 2008 that it has the function of anti-human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) release, and it has been thought that BST-2 mainly restricts the release of virus on the cell membrane. BST-2 has recently been found to have an inhibitory effect on the hepatitis B virus (HBV) assembled inside the cell, and the range of the anti-viral action of BST-2 is expanded. and BST-2 inhibits the release of HBV in the multi-vesicles (MVB) and the mechanism of inhibiting the release of HIV-1 in the cell membrane. At the same time, it is found that HBV can antagonize the restriction of BST-2, and the antagonistic factors which play a role in the HBV virus have two points of view, one is that HBV is used to antagonize the restriction of BST-2 with the regulation protein HBx under the specific conditions of the liver cells, and the other is that the envelope protein HBs has an antagonistic effect on the BST-2. In this paper, the latest development of BST-2-restricted HBV virus is reviewed and discussed.
