【摘要】：神經(jīng)突起生長(zhǎng)導(dǎo)向因子(Netrin)蛋白家族是分泌型蛋白質(zhì),其通過與不同的受體相互作用,在神經(jīng)發(fā)育過程中起軸突導(dǎo)向和細(xì)胞遷移中發(fā)揮著雙重導(dǎo)向功能.本文分別對(duì)涉及到細(xì)胞相互作用的Netrin基因家族的起源與進(jìn)化進(jìn)行研究.以進(jìn)化史不同階段的代表物種作為研究對(duì)象,通過使用MEGA的鄰接法和似釋然法分別對(duì)Netrin基因家族構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)發(fā)育樹;使用PAML 4.7工具以核苷酸序列作為分析材料進(jìn)行選擇壓分析,篩選出發(fā)生正選擇作用的位點(diǎn);使用DIVERGE3.0軟件對(duì)Netrin氨基酸序列進(jìn)行功能分化分析,篩選出Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型功能分化位點(diǎn).
[Abstract]:The (Netrin) protein family of neurite growth-oriented factors is a secretory protein, which plays a dual guiding role in the process of neuronal development by interacting with different receptors in the process of neuronal development and cell migration. In this paper, the origin and evolution of Netrin gene family involved in cellular interaction were studied. The representative species in different stages of evolutionary history were used to construct phylogenetic tree of Netrin gene family by using MEGA's contiguity method and similar releasing method. PAML 4.7 tool was used to analyze the selection pressure using nucleotide sequence as the analysis material to screen out the sites in which the positive selection occurred.
