【摘要】：目的:研究裸小鼠淋巴結(jié)的解剖學(xué)和組織學(xué)特點(diǎn)。方法:使用手術(shù)顯微鏡解剖20只BALB/c裸小鼠和20只BALB/c小鼠,通過免疫組織化學(xué)方法比較了兩者淋巴結(jié)中T淋巴細(xì)胞和B淋巴細(xì)胞表達(dá)的不同。結(jié)果:平均每只裸小鼠中包含23個(gè)淋巴結(jié)和一組大型淋巴結(jié)群。裸小鼠頸部淋巴結(jié)分布密度較高,其中頜下淋巴結(jié)及頸淺淋巴結(jié)在裸小鼠中大多數(shù)為2個(gè)(構(gòu)成比分別為95%和90%),而在小鼠中大多數(shù)為4個(gè)(構(gòu)成比分別為95%和90%),兩者差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。無論小鼠還是裸小鼠的頸深淋巴結(jié)均為2個(gè)(構(gòu)成比分別為100%和95%),兩者差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。裸小鼠淋巴結(jié)中CD3陽(yáng)性的T淋巴細(xì)胞減少。細(xì)胞膜和細(xì)胞質(zhì)著色的CD3陽(yáng)性表達(dá)的T細(xì)胞在裸小鼠的表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率為15%,在小鼠的表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率為100%,兩者表達(dá)的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。細(xì)胞膜陽(yáng)性表達(dá)CD20的B細(xì)胞在裸小鼠中的陽(yáng)性率為95%,在小鼠中的陽(yáng)性率為100%,兩者表達(dá)的差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:裸小鼠淋巴結(jié)分布的解剖圖對(duì)于初學(xué)者有一定的幫助,裸小鼠頸部淋巴結(jié)密度較高的解剖學(xué)特點(diǎn)和缺乏CD3陽(yáng)性的T淋巴細(xì)胞將有助于更好地理解裸小鼠的淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the anatomical and histological characteristics of lymph nodes in nude mice. Methods: twenty BALB/c nude mice and 20 BALB/c mice were dissected by operation microscope. The expression of T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes in lymph nodes were compared by immunohistochemical method. Results: an average of 23 lymph nodes and a large group of lymph nodes were found in each nude mouse. The distribution density of cervical lymph nodes in nude mice was high. The submaxillary lymph nodes and superficial cervical lymph nodes were mostly 2 (95% and 90%) in nude mice. But in most of the mice, there were 4 (95% and 90%), the difference was statistically significant. There were 2 deep cervical lymph nodes in both mice and nude mice (composition ratios were 100% and 95%, respectively), and there was no significant difference between them. The number of CD3 positive T lymphocytes in lymph nodes of nude mice was decreased. The positive rate of CD3 positive expression of T cells in nude mice was 15%, and that in mice was 100%. The difference between them was statistically significant. The positive rate of B cells expressing CD20 in nude mice was 95%, and that in mice was 100%. There was no significant difference between them. Conclusion: the anatomy of lymph node distribution in nude mice is helpful for beginners. The anatomical characteristics of cervical lymph node density in nude mice and the absence of CD3 positive T lymphocytes will contribute to a better understanding of the mechanism of lymph node metastasis in nude mice.
