【摘要】：宿主腸道內(nèi)存在的大量微生物與其健康狀況直接相關(guān),這些微生物是人和動(dòng)物健康成長(zhǎng)不可或缺的。腸道微生物通過(guò)多種途徑調(diào)節(jié)人體生理功能的同時(shí)也受到人體內(nèi)外環(huán)境的影響。因此,分析建立腸道微生物、相關(guān)疾病的產(chǎn)生原因和作用機(jī)制以及環(huán)境影響因子之間的聯(lián)系具有重要意義。本文首先針對(duì)腸道微生物對(duì)人體的物質(zhì)與能量代謝、先天和獲得性免疫、胃腸道功能等方面的影響進(jìn)行綜述。然后重點(diǎn)分析了近年來(lái)有關(guān)腸道微生物對(duì)環(huán)境污染所致健康效應(yīng)的影響及作用機(jī)制的研究進(jìn)展。以期加深腸道微生物與人類(lèi)健康之間相互作用機(jī)理的理解,并為環(huán)境毒理學(xué)與腸道微生物之間關(guān)系的研究提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:The presence of a large number of microbes in the intestinal tract of the host is directly related to their health status, and these microorganisms are indispensable for the healthy growth of humans and animals. Intestinal microbes regulate the physiological function of human body through many ways and are also affected by the environment inside and outside the human body. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze and establish the relationship between intestinal microbes, the causes and mechanisms of related diseases and environmental impact factors. This paper reviews the effects of intestinal microbes on substance and energy metabolism, innate and acquired immunity, gastrointestinal function and so on. Then, the effects of intestinal microbes on the health effects of environmental pollution and the mechanism of their effects are analyzed. In order to deepen the understanding of the interaction mechanism between intestinal microbes and human health, and to provide a new idea for the study of the relationship between environmental toxicology and intestinal microbes.
