【摘要】:正光遺傳學(xué)技術(shù)自2005年被斯坦福大學(xué)Karl Deisseroth教授報(bào)道以來(lái),在神經(jīng)科學(xué)研究中的應(yīng)用呈井噴式增長(zhǎng)。但遺憾的是,這種光控神經(jīng)元活性的技術(shù),在活體動(dòng)物脊髓刺激中的應(yīng)用一直受限,主要原因在于傳統(tǒng)的光纖植入技術(shù)很可能造成脊柱活動(dòng)的受限,從而影響動(dòng)物的日;顒(dòng),因此無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)清醒自由活動(dòng)動(dòng)物記錄的目的。最近,美國(guó)斯坦福大學(xué)電子工程系
[Abstract]:Orthophotogenetics has been widely used in neuroscience research since it was reported by Karl Deisseroth professor at Stanford University in 2005. Unfortunately, this photo-controlled neuron activity technique has been limited in the use of spinal cord stimuli in living animals, mainly because traditional optical fiber implantation techniques are likely to limit spinal activity and thus affect animals' daily activities.
