牽牛子化學(xué)拆分組分對(duì)大鼠阿霉素腎病模型藥效學(xué)研究
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the pharmacodynamics of Fructus distruciae decoction and its resolution components on adriamycin nephropathy in rats, and to find out the material basis of the effect of Fructus distrucionis on nephropathy model. Methods: a rat model of adriamycin nephropathy was established by intravenous injection of adriamycin. To investigate the effects of Fructus distruciae decoction and resolution components on serum biochemical indexes, IL-1 尾 and TNF- 偽 in adriamycin nephropathy model rats. Results: compared with the blank group, the contents of albumin, total protein, total cholesterol, total triglyceride, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen were significantly increased in the model group, and the contents of IL-1 尾, TNF- 偽 and protein in urine were significantly increased. Glomerular epithelial cells swelling, glomerular capillary congestion and partial occlusion, Mesangial matrix proliferation was diffuse. Compared with the model group, polysaccharide 0.37g/kg and phenolic acid 0.13g/kg could increase the contents of albumin, total protein, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, decrease the total triglyceride and total cholesterol, decrease the concentration of IL-1 尾 and TNF- 偽, compared with the model group. Can reduce the concentration of protein in urine. The results of light microscopy showed that the decoction of Fructus distrucifolia was 0.63 g / kg, polysaccharide 0.37g/kg and phenolic acid 0.13g/kg could reduce the swelling of epithelial cells and glomerular Mesangial matrix proliferation, and improve the pathological changes of rat kidney. Conclusion: 0.37g/kg and 0.13g/kg can improve glomerular filtration function, regulate the balance of plasma colloid osmotic pressure and the disorder of blood lipids, and improve the syndrome of nephrotic syndrome. The mechanism may reduce the content of a series of inflammatory cytokines, so as to alleviate edema.
