【摘要】：EB病毒(EBV)是一種普遍存在的致癌病毒,是高度相關(guān)的淋巴和上皮腫瘤的來源和發(fā)展,包括伯基特淋巴瘤和鼻咽癌(NPC)等,EBV基因幾乎可以在所有細(xì)胞中。EBV感染通常與少數(shù)潛伏病毒功能的蛋白質(zhì)表達(dá),包括潛伏膜蛋白LMP1和LMP2A等和巴爾核抗原1(EBNA1)。LMP1是腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族的成員,被認(rèn)為是EBV的主要致瘤蛋白。在EB病毒中通過2個C末端結(jié)構(gòu)域編碼基因蛋白LMP1信號來驅(qū)動細(xì)胞生長,存活和轉(zhuǎn)化。LMP1蛋白目前是惟一已被證實的EB病毒的癌基因,LMP1的表達(dá)參與了腫瘤的發(fā)生與發(fā)展,是目前癌癥方面研究的重點。
[Abstract]:EB virus (EBV) is a widespread carcinogenic virus, which is the source and development of highly correlated lymphoid and epithelial tumors. Including Birkit's lymphoma and nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) (NPC), the EBV gene can be expressed in almost all cells. EBV infection is usually associated with a small number of latent virus function proteins. LMP1 is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily and is considered to be the major tumor-causing protein of EBV. Cell growth, survival and transformation are driven by two C-terminal domain encoded gene protein LMP1 signals in EB virus. LMP1 protein is the only oncogene of EB virus that has been confirmed, and the expression of LMP1 is involved in the occurrence and development of tumor. Is the focus of current cancer research.
