【摘要】：目的探討丹紅提取物對大鼠脊髓型頸椎病動物模型的治療作用機制。方法取SD大鼠30只,建立大鼠脊髓型頸椎病動物模型,將大鼠分為正常對照組、模型組和實驗組。實驗組每天給予丹紅提取物,正常對照組和模型組給予等體積的生理鹽水。于給藥前及給藥4周后進行改進Rivlin斜板實驗,檢測大鼠的運動功能。給藥4周后處死大鼠,檢測椎間盤組織中白細(xì)胞介素6(IL-6)、腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α)和bcl-2的表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果斜板實驗表明,給藥4周后實驗組斜板度數(shù)有所增加,且大于模型組。處死大鼠后發(fā)現(xiàn)模型組細(xì)胞因子的表達(dá)量高于實驗組,bcl-2的表達(dá)量低于實驗組。結(jié)論丹紅提取物可以緩解脊髓型頸椎病。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the therapeutic mechanism of Danhong extract on cervical Spondylotic myelopathy in rats. Methods Thirty SD rats were selected to establish the rat model of cervical Spondylotic myelopathy. The rats were divided into three groups: normal control group, model group and experimental group. The experimental group was given Danhong extract every day, the normal control group and the model group were given the same volume of normal saline. The improved Rivlin skew test was carried out before and 4 weeks after administration to detect the motor function of rats. After 4 weeks of administration, the rats were killed and the expressions of interleukin 6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor 偽 (TNF- 偽) and bcl-2 in intervertebral disc were detected. Results the inclined plate test showed that the degree of inclined plate increased in the experimental group after 4 weeks of administration, and was larger than that in the model group. The expression of cytokines in the model group was higher than that in the experimental group, and the expression of bcl-2 in the model group was lower than that in the experimental group. Conclusion Danhong extract can relieve cervical Spondylotic myelopathy.
