【摘要】：目的介紹大鼠清醒狀態(tài)下尾靜脈注射的快速操作技巧與體會(huì),提高操作成功率。方法采用自制大鼠束縛衣結(jié)合操作者輕按的方法固定大鼠,一人輔助固定,一人穿刺,一人注藥,在注射過程中盡量減少對(duì)鼠尾的損傷和對(duì)大鼠產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)激,嚴(yán)格規(guī)定進(jìn)針點(diǎn)和穿刺次數(shù),限制一次性最大給藥劑量和注射速度,并采取將進(jìn)針與注射藥液的部位分開等方法避免藥物污的染和浪費(fèi)。結(jié)果本法操作快速、可靠、穩(wěn)定、重復(fù)性好、動(dòng)物配合度高。結(jié)論本法避免了藥物的浪費(fèi)和污染,對(duì)于藥物昂貴的尾靜脈注射實(shí)驗(yàn)此做法尤為推薦。
[Abstract]:Objective to introduce the rapid operation technique and experience of caudal vein injection in awake rats to improve the success rate of operation. Methods the rat was fixed by self-made restraint coat combined with the light press of the operator, one person assisted fixation, one person puncture, one person injected the drug, during the injection process, the injury to the rat tail and the stress to the rat were reduced as far as possible. The point of injection and the times of puncture should be strictly defined to limit the maximum dose and speed of injection, and to avoid the contamination and waste of the drug by separating the parts of the injection and the injection of the needle. Results this method is rapid, reliable, stable, reproducible and animal coordination. Conclusion this method can avoid waste and contamination of drugs, especially for expensive caudal intravenous injection.
