【摘要】：正間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)具有分化、增殖及自我更新的能力和多向分化的潛能。MSCs能被招募至受損的組織,誘導(dǎo)器官再生,并不是通過轉(zhuǎn)分化機制分化為目的細(xì)胞來替代損傷細(xì)胞而促進組織功能的恢復(fù),而是通過旁分泌作用向受損的組織周圍釋放細(xì)胞因子、生長因子和微泡刺激原始組織細(xì)胞進行修復(fù)及組織功能特性恢復(fù)[1-2]。長期以來,大多數(shù)細(xì)胞釋放到胞外間隙的細(xì)胞外囊泡
[Abstract]:Mesenchymal stem cells (mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs) have the ability of differentiation, proliferation and self-renewal, and the potential of multi-differentiation. MSCs can be recruited to damaged tissues and induce organ regeneration. It is not by the mechanism of transdifferentiation to replace the injured cells to promote the recovery of tissue function, but by paracrine to release cytokines around the damaged tissues.
