手舟骨血供3D可視化模型的制備

【摘要】:目的建立手舟骨動(dòng)脈血供三維數(shù)字可視化模型,為基礎(chǔ)研究及臨床應(yīng)用提供形態(tài)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)。方法 8具尸體行一次性全身動(dòng)脈造影、螺旋CT掃描,運(yùn)用Mimics軟件構(gòu)建腕骨及手舟骨滋養(yǎng)動(dòng)脈的3D可視化模型。結(jié)果 (1)該模型能夠清晰顯示橈骨、尺骨遠(yuǎn)端與手部各骨及其周圍血管網(wǎng),并可任意旋轉(zhuǎn)觀察與測量;(2)手舟骨有3支主要的滋養(yǎng)動(dòng)脈;(3)通過選擇性透明或隱藏處理后,對手舟骨營養(yǎng)血管入骨點(diǎn)及其在骨內(nèi)的分布情況得到了很好的顯示。結(jié)論該模型可清晰的顯示手舟骨及其滋養(yǎng)動(dòng)脈的來源、分布、及空間毗鄰,可為手舟骨疾患的臨床診治提供直觀的數(shù)字化解剖學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a three-dimensional digital visualization model of blood supply of scaphoid artery and provide morphological basis for basic research and clinical application. Methods 8 cadavers underwent one-time systemic arteriography and spiral CT scanning. The 3D visualization model of the trophoblastic artery of the carpal bone and scaphoid bone was constructed by Mimics software. Results (1) the model can clearly display the radial, distal ulnar and hand bones and their perivascular networks, and can be rotated and measured; (2) there are three main nutrient arteries in the scaphoid bone of the hand; (3) after selective transparency or hiding, The nutrient vessel of scaphoid and its distribution in the bone were well displayed. Conclusion this model can clearly display the origin, distribution and spatial proximity of scaphoid bone and its nutrient artery, and can provide an intuitive digital anatomic basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of scaphoid bone diseases.
