人體心臟房室結(jié)、房室環(huán)及主動(dòng)脈后結(jié)的巨微解剖

【摘要】:目的解剖分離人體心臟房室結(jié)和房室環(huán)的結(jié)構(gòu),闡述它們的形態(tài)特征及相互關(guān)系。方法通過(guò)體視顯微鏡解剖12例人體心臟的房室結(jié)、主動(dòng)脈后結(jié)及房室環(huán),再進(jìn)行組織學(xué)觀察,并繪圖演示它們的結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系。結(jié)果在二尖瓣環(huán)和三尖瓣環(huán)靠近冠狀竇前緣處分別暴露了左、右房室環(huán)(12/12),直徑分別為(0.69±0.12)mm、(0.78±0.13)mm。此處的左、右房室環(huán)穿行在房室隔內(nèi)的心房肌與心室肌之間的間隙中,向房室結(jié)方向延伸。主動(dòng)脈后結(jié)在主動(dòng)脈根后方的房間隔中被探查到(7/9),它的后上方的房間隔間隙中有肌纖維與其相連,它的前下方分出左、右房室環(huán),并且此處的左環(huán)比右環(huán)粗。在中心纖維體后方的心內(nèi)膜下的深部,主動(dòng)脈后結(jié)與房室結(jié)之間有直接的心肌組織連接通路,這條通路有別于另兩條通路(左、右房室環(huán))。結(jié)論主動(dòng)脈后結(jié)和房室環(huán)可通過(guò)體視顯微鏡解剖暴露,主動(dòng)脈后結(jié)與房室結(jié)之間有3條通路。
[Abstract]:Objective to dissect the structure of atrioventricular node and atrioventricular ring in human heart, and explain their morphological characteristics and relationship. Methods the atrioventricular node, posterior aortic node and atrioventricular ring were dissected by stereoscopic microscope in 12 cases of human heart. Results left and right atrioventricular annulus (12 / 12) and diameter (0.69 鹵0.12) mm, (0.78 鹵0.13) mm. were exposed to mitral annulus and tricuspid annulus near the anterior edge of coronary sinus, respectively. Here the left and right atrioventricular rings run through the space between the atrial and ventricular muscles in the atrioventricular septum, extending towards the atrioventricular node. The posterior node of the aorta was detected in the atrial septum behind the root of the aorta (7 / 9). There were muscle fibers in the interatrial septal space above the aorta. The left and right atrioventricular rings were separated from the anterior and lower atrioventricular rings, and the left ring was thicker than the right one. In the deep part of the endocardium behind the central fibrous body, there is a direct myocardial tissue junction pathway between the posterior aortic node and the atrioventricular node, which is different from the other two pathways (left and right atrioventricular rings). Conclusion the posterior aortic node and atrioventricular ring can be exposed by stereoscopic microscope, and there are three pathways between the posterior aortic node and the atrioventricular node.
