【摘要】：正股深動(dòng)脈穿動(dòng)脈穿支皮瓣是由股后外側(cè)區(qū)皮瓣的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展而來~([1,2]),根據(jù)2003年Blondeel等~([3])提出的"Gent"consensus,股深動(dòng)脈穿動(dòng)脈穿支皮瓣的一級(jí)源動(dòng)脈為股深動(dòng)脈穿動(dòng)脈。然而不少學(xué)者對(duì)股深動(dòng)脈穿動(dòng)脈穿支皮瓣解剖認(rèn)識(shí)不足,仍將股深動(dòng)脈穿動(dòng)脈誤認(rèn)為皮瓣的穿支血管,將其命名為股深動(dòng)脈穿支皮瓣。2007年Ahmadzadeh等~([4])首次報(bào)道了
[Abstract]:The perforating branch flap of deep femoral artery was developed from the posterior lateral femoral flap. According to Blondeel et al. [3] in 2003, the first source artery of "Gent" consensus, deep femoral artery perforator flap was deep femoral artery perforating artery. However, many scholars did not know enough about the anatomy of deep femoral artery perforator flap, and still mistook the perforating branch of the deep femoral artery as the perforating branch of the flap, and named it as the perforating branch flap of deep femoral artery. In 2007, Ahmadzadeh et al reported for the first time.
