晝夜節(jié)律產(chǎn)生和維持的調(diào)控系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:晝夜節(jié)律是在一系列生物鐘基因(bmal1、clock、cry、per)和鐘控基因(rev-erbα、rorα、dbp、tef、hlf等)的轉(zhuǎn)錄和翻譯調(diào)控環(huán)路、翻譯后修飾和降解機制的周期性驅(qū)動下,機體的生理、生化、行為等生命活動表現(xiàn)為以大致24 h為周期的振蕩規(guī)律現(xiàn)象。晝夜節(jié)律產(chǎn)生和維持的調(diào)控系統(tǒng)由中樞和外周生物鐘系統(tǒng)、節(jié)律輸入系統(tǒng)和節(jié)律輸出系統(tǒng)組成。節(jié)律輸入系統(tǒng)感受并向中樞生物鐘系統(tǒng)傳遞以光信號為代表的環(huán)境同步信號,中樞生物鐘系統(tǒng)作為晝夜節(jié)律主起搏器通過輸出系統(tǒng)將產(chǎn)生的節(jié)律信號傳遞至外周,并與外周器官內(nèi)源性生物鐘系統(tǒng)協(xié)同作用維持機體的生理活動。光照、溫度、進食時間、營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)、代謝相關(guān)因子等多種內(nèi)源和外源性調(diào)控因子可作用于生物鐘網(wǎng)絡(luò)并在晝夜節(jié)律穩(wěn)態(tài)維持中發(fā)揮重要作用。該文將著重闡述晝夜節(jié)律產(chǎn)生和維持的生理基礎(chǔ)及相關(guān)調(diào)控因子。
[Abstract]:The circadian rhythm is the circadian loop of transcription and translation regulation of a series of biological clock genes (bmal1 clock cryper) and clock controlled genes (rev-erb 偽 error 偽), which are driven by the periodic mechanism of post-translational modification and degradation. Behavior and other life activities are oscillatory phenomena with a period of about 24 hours. The regulation system of circadian rhythm generation and maintenance consists of central and peripheral biological clock system, rhythm input system and rhythm output system. The rhythmic input system senses and transmits the environmental synchronization signals represented by light signals to the central biological clock system. The central circadian clock system acts as a circadian rhythm master pacemaker to transmit the produced rhythmic signals to the periphery through the output system. And with the peripheral organs of endogenous biological clock system to maintain the physiological activities of the body. Many endogenous and exogenous regulatory factors, such as light, temperature, feeding time, nutrients, metabolism-related factors, can act on the circadian clock network and play an important role in the homeostasis of circadian rhythm. This paper will focus on the physiological basis of circadian rhythm production and maintenance and related regulatory factors.
