凍融循環(huán)下大腸桿菌O157:H7在長(zhǎng)春市南湖岸邊水中的存活行為研究

【摘要】:北方地區(qū)的初春、晚秋,水體表層的夜凍晝?nèi)谶^(guò)程是典型特征。凍融循環(huán)過(guò)程影響水體自身理化性質(zhì),理化性質(zhì)的變化對(duì)水中微生物,尤其是潛在的致病微生物的存活也會(huì)產(chǎn)生一定的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)在室內(nèi)模擬了大腸桿菌O157:H7在凍融循環(huán)條件下,在長(zhǎng)春南湖水中的動(dòng)態(tài)存活特征;并通過(guò)線性模型和Weibull模型,計(jì)算大腸桿菌O157:H7在污染水體后衰減達(dá)到最低檢測(cè)限的時(shí)間(ttd);并運(yùn)用多元線性回歸進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析,找出影響實(shí)驗(yàn)菌種存活的關(guān)鍵因素。研究表明,南湖水的p H和氨氮與大腸桿菌O157:H7的存活相關(guān)。研究結(jié)果可為調(diào)查大腸桿菌O157:H7在湖水中的存活趨勢(shì),評(píng)估其可能帶來(lái)的環(huán)境健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn),為制定相應(yīng)的環(huán)境管控措施提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In the early spring and late autumn, the melting process of night-frozen day on the surface of the water body is a typical feature. The process of freeze-thaw cycle affects the physical and chemical properties of water body, and the change of physical and chemical properties will also have a certain effect on the survival of microorganisms in water, especially the potential pathogenic microorganisms. The dynamic survival characteristics of Escherichia coli O157:H7 in the water of Changchun Nanhu Lake under freeze-thaw cycle were simulated in laboratory, and the linear model and Weibull model were used. The time that Escherichia coli O157:H7 attenuated to the lowest detection limit after polluted water was calculated and the correlation analysis was carried out by using multivariate linear regression to find out the key factors affecting the survival of experimental bacteria. The results showed that pH and ammonia nitrogen were correlated with the survival of Escherichia coli O157:H7 in Nanhu Lake. The results can provide scientific basis for investigating the survival trend of Escherichia coli O157:H7 in lake water, evaluating its possible environmental health risks and making corresponding environmental control measures.
