【摘要】：目的:考察小葉丁香總皂苷對(duì)D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠抗氧化作用。方法:采用小鼠頸背部皮下注射D-半乳糖溶液200 mg·kg-1·d-1建立衰老模型;造模成功后,將小鼠隨機(jī)分為模型對(duì)照組、小葉丁香總皂苷低劑量組(60 mg·kg-1)、小葉丁香總皂苷高劑量組(120 mg·kg-1)和陽性藥對(duì)照組(維生素E,50 mg·kg-1),連續(xù)給藥8周后檢測血及腦組織中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、過氧化氫酶(CAT)和總抗氧化能力(T-AOC)等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:與模型對(duì)照組比較,小葉丁香總皂苷低劑量組能明顯升高血清中的SOD、GSH-Px和CAT活性以及腦組織中的T-AOC活性;小葉丁香高劑量組能顯著降低小鼠血清及腦組織中的MDA水平,升高小鼠血清中的SOD、GSH-Px、CAT和T-AOC活性以及腦組織中的SOD、GSH-Px和T-AOC活性。結(jié)論:小葉丁香總皂苷能抑制機(jī)體內(nèi)脂質(zhì)過氧化物的生成,增強(qiáng)抗氧化酶的活性,從而提高衰老小鼠的抗氧化能力,延緩衰老。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the anti-oxidation effect of total saponins of clove on aging model mice induced by D-galactose. Methods: the aging model was established by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose (200mg kg-1 d-1) into the neck and back of mice. The superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (malondialdehyde) and glutathione (glutathione) in blood and brain tissues were detected after 8 weeks of administration of clove lobule total saponins (60 mg kg-1), high dosage group (120mg kg-1) and positive drug control group (50 mg kg-1). Peptide peroxidase (GSH-Px), catalase (cat) and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC). Results: compared with the model control group, the low dose group could significantly increase the activities of GSH-Px and cat in serum and T-AOC activity in brain tissue, and the MDA level in serum and brain tissue was significantly decreased in the high dose group of clove lobule. The activities of GSH-Px cat and T-AOC in serum and the activities of GSH-Px and T-AOC in brain tissue were increased. Conclusion: the total saponins of clove can inhibit the production of lipid peroxides, enhance the activity of antioxidant enzymes, improve the antioxidant ability of aging mice and delay senescence.
