漢語言自由聯(lián)想功能磁共振的初步研究

【摘要】:目的設計一種適合漢語言自由聯(lián)想的腦功能磁共振刺激任務,探索漢語言自由聯(lián)想腦功能區(qū)表現(xiàn)。材料與方法對19名健康漢語志愿者進行任務態(tài)自由聯(lián)想語言功能刺激,同時采集功能性磁共振成像(functional magnetic resonance imaging,f MRI)數(shù)據(jù),通過SPM8軟件分析獲取自由聯(lián)想任務相關主要腦功能區(qū)位置,激活大小及最大激活強度。結果漢語自由聯(lián)想主效應區(qū)位于右顳上回(BA21);左顳枕內側回、左海馬旁回在聯(lián)想任務中沒有激活信號,雙側海馬的激活程度較低。結論利用該語言任務能激活正常人自由聯(lián)想語言功能區(qū);同時血氧水平依賴性功能磁共振成像(blood oxygen level dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging,BOLD-f MRI)可以準確定位激活區(qū),量化激活區(qū)大小及最大激活強度,技術穩(wěn)定可靠,適用于漢語言聯(lián)想相關腦功能區(qū)疾病研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to design a kind of brain functional magnetic resonance stimulation task suitable for free association of Chinese language and to explore the performance of functional area of free association of Chinese language. Materials and methods A total of 19 healthy Chinese volunteers were exposed to task-based free associative language stimuli. Functional magnetic resonance imaging (functional magnetic resonance imagingf MRI) data were collected, and the location of the main functional regions associated with the free association task was analyzed by SPM8 software. Activation size and maximum activation intensity. Results the main effect region of Chinese free association was located in the right superior temporal gyrus (BA21) and the left medial temporomooccipital gyrus and the left para-hippocampal gyrus had no activation signal in the associative task. Conclusion the language task can activate the functional regions of free association language in normal subjects, and blood oxygen level dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging (blood oxygen level dependent functional magnetic resonance) imaging can accurately locate the activation regions and quantify the size of the activation regions and the maximum activation intensity. The technique is stable and reliable. It is suitable for the study of Chinese language associative related brain functional area disease.
