【摘要】：目的適度運(yùn)動(dòng)有益于身心健康。本研究從腸道菌群結(jié)構(gòu)的角度來探討運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)人體健康的影響。方法招募運(yùn)動(dòng)組和少動(dòng)組志愿者人群,利用16S r DNA高通量測序技術(shù)分析志愿者腸道菌群結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果高通量測序共獲得61 888個(gè)OTUs,其中已注釋的OTUs有61 149個(gè)。PCo A分析顯示,運(yùn)動(dòng)組和少動(dòng)組之間腸道菌群結(jié)構(gòu)存在顯著差異。運(yùn)動(dòng)組中毛螺菌科(Lachnospiraceae)和擬桿菌科(Bacteroidaceae)的豐度顯著高于少動(dòng)組(P=2.5627×10~(-7),P=0.000 178 4),普雷沃氏菌科(Prevotellaceae)和韋榮氏球菌科(Veillonellaceae)的豐度顯著低于少動(dòng)組(P=0.000 003 46,P=0.000017 41)。有3株可培養(yǎng)的菌株在運(yùn)動(dòng)組中豐度顯著增加,分別為瘤胃球菌屬的Ruminococcus_sp.5_1_39BFAA,雙歧桿菌屬的Bifidobacterium_adolescentis以及丁酸產(chǎn)鹽菌屬的Anaerostipes_hadrus。在運(yùn)動(dòng)組中顯著增加的腸道菌,如擬桿菌科,雙歧桿菌屬的Bifidobacterium_adolescentis以及Anaerostipes_hadrus,能夠代謝產(chǎn)生豐富的SCFAs,對(duì)腸粘膜免疫系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)平衡的維持具有重要意義。結(jié)論運(yùn)動(dòng)可能通過腸道菌群結(jié)構(gòu)的改變及其與腸黏膜系統(tǒng)的相互作用對(duì)人體產(chǎn)生積極影響。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the effects of exercise on human health by using the method of 16S r DNA high flux sequencing . The results showed that there was a significant difference in intestinal flora structure between exercise group and oligodynamic group ( P = 2.5627 脳 10 ~ ( -7 ) , P = 0.000 178 4 ) , Prevotellaceae and Veillonellaceae were significantly lower than those in the group of oligodynamic group ( P = 0.000 003 46 , P = 0.000017 41 ) . The results showed that there were significant changes in the intestinal flora structure and the interaction between the intestinal mucosal immune system and the intestinal mucosal system . Conclusion The changes of intestinal flora structure and its interaction with the intestinal mucosal system may have a positive effect on the human body .
