【摘要】：目前對(duì)于精神分裂癥病人的MRI研究取得了迅猛發(fā)展,但是動(dòng)物模型的研究在該病中較少涉及。動(dòng)物的MRI研究可以進(jìn)行由于倫理因素在人體不能進(jìn)行的各種研究,探索生理、病理情況下內(nèi)在機(jī)制。綜合國內(nèi)外近幾年研究成果,簡單介紹幾種常用的MRI成像方法及其在精神分裂癥動(dòng)物模型研究中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:MRI studies on schizophrenic patients have developed rapidly, but animal models are less involved in the disease. Animal MRI research can be carried out because of ethical factors can not be carried out in the human body to explore the physiological and pathological conditions of the intrinsic mechanism. Based on the recent research results at home and abroad, this paper briefly introduces several MRI imaging methods and their applications in the study of animal models of schizophrenia.
