【摘要】：尋找適合酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)對丙型肝炎抗體檢測的室內(nèi)質(zhì)量控制(internal quality controlling,IQC)的方法。采用Levey-Jennings質(zhì)控圖法、即刻法、加強(qiáng)即刻法(CV30%)對相同的20例數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理。再用雙質(zhì)控法處理更換試劑批號和血清質(zhì)控。和傳統(tǒng)的質(zhì)控方法比較,Levey-Jennings質(zhì)控圖法和即刻法對數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控上均存在假失控和假在控。而加強(qiáng)即刻法顯示良好效果。配合雙質(zhì)控法處理更換試劑批號和血清質(zhì)控也很優(yōu)秀。依據(jù)提出的質(zhì)控方法進(jìn)行室內(nèi)質(zhì)控,其當(dāng)年室間質(zhì)評結(jié)果全部合格。課題組的結(jié)論是控制變異系數(shù)的加強(qiáng)即刻法配合L-J質(zhì)控圖法更適用于酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)的IQC。
[Abstract]:To find a suitable method for the detection of hepatitis C antibody by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Levey-Jennings quality control chart method, immediate method and enhanced instant method (CV30%) were used to process the same 20 cases of data. Then the batch number of the replacement reagent and the serum quality control were treated by double quality control method. Compared with the traditional quality control method, Levey-Jennings quality control chart method and instant control method have false runaway and false control. The enhancement of the immediate method showed good results. Combined with double quality control method to deal with the replacement reagent batch number and serum quality control is also very good. The indoor quality control was carried out according to the proposed quality control method, and the results of indoor quality assessment were all up to standard in that year. The conclusion of our research group is that the enhanced immediate method of controlling coefficient of variation and L-J quality control map method are more suitable for IQC of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa).
