【摘要】:HMGB-1是一種高度保守的DNA結(jié)合蛋白,與基因修復(fù)及轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控密切相關(guān)。但HMGB-1生成細(xì)胞主動分泌和被動釋放到細(xì)胞外的HMGB-1卻是一種重要的晚期炎癥遞質(zhì),具有較強(qiáng)的致炎活性。研究顯示:HMGB-1在炎癥,特別是重癥炎癥及炎癥的慢性化病理進(jìn)程中起著重要作用;抑制HMGB-1的活性及分泌或下調(diào)其基因表達(dá)被用來研究降低炎癥反應(yīng)的瀑布效應(yīng);監(jiān)測HMGB-1可為重癥炎癥的臨床診斷、治療和預(yù)后判斷的新靶標(biāo)。本文扼要綜述了近年炎癥遞質(zhì)HMGB-1與炎癥的研究進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:HMGB-1 is a highly conserved DNA-binding protein, which is closely related to gene repair and transcriptional regulation. However, HMGB-1 is an important late inflammatory transmitter which is active secreted by HMGB-1 producing cells and released passively into the cells. HMGB-1 has strong inflammatory activity. It has been shown that cell HMGB-1 plays an important role in inflammation, especially in severe inflammation and the chronic pathological process of inflammation, inhibition of HMGB-1 activity and secretion or down-regulation of HMGB-1 gene expression have been used to study the waterfall effect of reducing inflammatory response. Monitoring HMGB-1 may be a new target for the clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of severe inflammation. This paper reviews the recent progress in the study of inflammation transmitter HMGB-1 and inflammation.
