【摘要】：HMGB-1是一種高度保守的DNA結合蛋白,與基因修復及轉錄調控密切相關。但HMGB-1生成細胞主動分泌和被動釋放到細胞外的HMGB-1卻是一種重要的晚期炎癥遞質,具有較強的致炎活性。研究顯示:HMGB-1在炎癥,特別是重癥炎癥及炎癥的慢性化病理進程中起著重要作用;抑制HMGB-1的活性及分泌或下調其基因表達被用來研究降低炎癥反應的瀑布效應;監(jiān)測HMGB-1可為重癥炎癥的臨床診斷、治療和預后判斷的新靶標。本文扼要綜述了近年炎癥遞質HMGB-1與炎癥的研究進展。
[Abstract]:HMGB-1 is a highly conserved DNA-binding protein, which is closely related to gene repair and transcriptional regulation. However, HMGB-1 is an important late inflammatory transmitter which is active secreted by HMGB-1 producing cells and released passively into the cells. HMGB-1 has strong inflammatory activity. It has been shown that cell HMGB-1 plays an important role in inflammation, especially in severe inflammation and the chronic pathological process of inflammation, inhibition of HMGB-1 activity and secretion or down-regulation of HMGB-1 gene expression have been used to study the waterfall effect of reducing inflammatory response. Monitoring HMGB-1 may be a new target for the clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of severe inflammation. This paper reviews the recent progress in the study of inflammation transmitter HMGB-1 and inflammation.
