【摘要】:次血紅素六肽(Deuterohaemin-Ala-His-Thr-Val-Glu-Lys,DhHP-6)是本實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)計(jì)并合成的一個(gè)過(guò)氧化物酶(HPX)的新型模擬酶。前期實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明DhHP-6給藥能夠明顯提高野生型秀麗線蟲的平均壽命。 本實(shí)驗(yàn)用經(jīng)典模式生物秀麗隱桿線蟲為模型,進(jìn)一步證明了DhHP-6能分別提高秀麗隱桿線蟲在30°C與35°C熱環(huán)境下的生存率與壽命,并且DhHP-6能顯著提高30°C熱激后短期內(nèi)的HSP-16.1表達(dá)量,并根據(jù)基因表達(dá)量的變化提出了一個(gè)可能的DhHP-6對(duì)線蟲熱保護(hù)的機(jī)制。為進(jìn)一步的研究過(guò)氧化物酶與抵抗熱激之間的關(guān)系打下基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Deuterohaemin-Ala-His-Thr-Val-Glu-Lys-LysDhHP-6) is a new mimic enzyme of peroxidase (HPX) designed and synthesized in our laboratory. The experimental results showed that DhHP-6 administration could significantly improve the average life span of wild nematode. In this experiment, we used the classical model biological nematode, DhHP-6, to improve the survival rate and lifespan of Rhizoma elegans at 30 擄C and 35 擄C, respectively, and DhHP-6 could significantly increase the expression of HSP-16.1 in the short term after 30 擄C heat shock, and DhHP-6 could increase the expression of HSP-16.1 in a short period of time after 30 擄C heat shock. A possible thermal protection mechanism of DhHP-6 against nematode was proposed according to the change of gene expression. It provides a basis for further study on the relationship between peroxidase and heat shock resistance.
