HIF-1α及HIF-2α在不同海拔健康世居藏族及移居漢族的水平及意義的研究

【摘要】:目的:探討低氧誘導因子-1α(HIF-1α)、低氧誘導因子-1α(HIF-2α)在不同海拔世居藏族、移居漢族水平的差異及意義。 方法:應用雙抗體夾心法(ELISA)方法測定平原漢族(江蘇鹽城,海拔5m)、中度海拔(青海西寧,2260m)及高海拔(青,敹,4380m)健康世居藏族及移居漢族血清HIF-1α、HIF-2α的水平,分析其與動脈血氧分壓(PaO2)、血紅蛋白(Hb)的相關(guān)性。 結(jié)果:HIF-1α水平在中度海拔無明顯升高,在高海拔藏漢族升高(P0.01),相同海拔藏漢族之間無顯著差異(P0.05)。高海拔漢族組HIF-2α水平高于其他各組(P0.01),中度海拔和高海拔藏族的HIF-2α無顯著差異(P0.05),,均低于平原漢族和同海拔漢族(P0.01)。漢族組HIF-1α、HIF-2α水平與PaO2呈負相關(guān),HIF-1α、HIF-2α水平與Hb呈正相關(guān),藏族組HIF-1α、HIF-2α與PaO2無線性相關(guān),HIF-1α與Hb無線性相關(guān),HIF-2α與Hb正相關(guān)(r=0.325,P0.05);漢族組HIF-1α、HIF-2α水平呈正相關(guān)(r=0.505,P0.01),藏族組HIF-1α、HIF-2α水平無相關(guān)(r=-0.011,P0.05)。 結(jié)論:1.HIF-1α在低氧到一定程度時水平增加,藏、漢族在同一低氧水平時HIF-1α的水平是相同的。 2.HIF-2α與Hb變化關(guān)系密切,可能起著較HIF-1α更為重要的作用。 3.藏漢族在不同低氧環(huán)境下,HIF-1α、HIF-2α變化是不同的,且在藏漢族Hb變化中所起的作用也是不同的。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the difference and significance of hypoxia inducible factor 1 偽 (HIF-1 偽) and hypoxia inducible factor 1 偽 (HIF-2 偽) in migrating to Han nationality at different elevations. Methods: double antibody sandwich method was used to determine the level of HIF-1 偽 and HIF-2 偽 in plain Han nationality (Yancheng, Jiangsu Province). The serum levels of HIF-1 偽 and HIF-2 偽 in healthy Tibetan and immigrant Han nationality were measured at 5, 2 260 m (Xining, Qinghai) and 4380 m, respectively, at the altitude of 5 mL, 2260 m (Xining, Qinghai) and 4380 m, respectively. Results there was no significant increase in the level of HIF-1 偽 in moderate altitude, but there was no significant increase in P0.01a in Han nationality at high altitude, and there was no significant difference between Tibetan and Han nationality at the same altitude. The level of HIF-2 偽 in Han nationality at high altitude was higher than that in other groups, but there was no significant difference in HIF-2 偽 between middle altitude and high altitude Tibetan, which was lower than that in plain Han nationality and Han nationality at the same altitude. The level of HIF-1 偽 and HIF-2 偽 was negatively correlated with PaO2 in Han nationality group. The level of HIF-1 偽 and HIF-2 偽 was positively correlated with HB. HIF-1 偽 HIF-2 偽 and Pao _ 2 wireless correlation; HIF-1 偽 and HB wireless correlation; HIF-2 偽 and HB positive correlation; HIF-1 偽 -HIF-2 偽 -HIF-2 偽 level; HIF-1 偽 -HIF-2 偽 level; HIF-1 偽, HIF-2 偽 level; HIF-1 偽, HIF-1 偽, HIF-1 偽, HIF-1 偽, HIF-1 偽, HIF-1 偽, HIF-1 偽, HIF-1 偽, HIF-1 偽, HIF-1 偽, HIF-1 偽, HIF-1 偽, HIF-1 偽, HIF-1 偽, HIF-1 偽, HIF-1 偽, HIF-1 偽, HIF-1 偽, HIF-1 偽, The level of HIF-1 偽 in Han nationality is the same at the same hypoxia level. 2. HIF-2 偽 is closely related to HB change, and may play a more important role than HIF-1 偽. 3. The changes of HIF-1 偽 and HIF-2 偽 in Tibetan and Han nationalities were different under different hypoxia conditions, and the roles of HIF-1 偽 and HIF-2 偽 in the changes of HB in Tibetan and Han nationalities were also different.
