【摘要】：機體的免疫包括固有免疫和適應(yīng)性免疫,適應(yīng)性免疫占據(jù)很重要的地位,主要有B和T細(xì)胞參與,其中B細(xì)胞在適應(yīng)性免疫中發(fā)揮重要的作用。隨著對B細(xì)胞研究的深入,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同月齡的小鼠中,B細(xì)胞數(shù)量、亞群及功能隨月齡的改變表現(xiàn)出特征性的動態(tài)變化,這些動態(tài)變化主要通過細(xì)胞和分子水平導(dǎo)致B細(xì)胞分化受損,影響機體的免疫功能。小鼠B細(xì)胞亞群在衰老過程中的變化,為特異性免疫應(yīng)答功能的進展等研究提供了基礎(chǔ),也為人類疾病治療與預(yù)防發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。
[Abstract]:The immunity of organism includes innate immunity and adaptive immunity. Adaptive immunity plays an important role in adaptive immunity, mainly involving B and T cells. With the further study of B cells, it was found that the number, subsets and function of B cells in mice of different months of age showed a characteristic dynamic change with the change of age. These dynamic changes mainly result in the damage of B cell differentiation through cell and molecular level, and affect the immune function of the body. The changes of mouse B cell subsets during aging provide a basis for the development of specific immune response and play a more and more important role in the treatment and prevention of human diseases.
