【摘要】：本文建立了一類在兩斑塊內(nèi)有人口遷移并且?guī)в兄委煹姆谓Y(jié)核模型,利用再生矩陣法得到基本再生數(shù)(?)0,并建立了一個(gè)最終規(guī)模關(guān)系,給出了肺結(jié)核的擴(kuò)散范圍.這個(gè)關(guān)系也能夠在兩人群間以任意混合被建立,但是,對(duì)于確定基本再生數(shù),往往是不可行的.如果兩人群的混合是成比例的,我們可以準(zhǔn)確的給出基本再生數(shù)的表達(dá)式,并且依據(jù)這個(gè)基本再生數(shù)的表達(dá)式可以得出最終規(guī)模關(guān)系式.
[Abstract]:In this paper, a kind of pulmonary tuberculosis model with population migration and treatment in two plaques is established. The basic regeneration number is obtained by using the method of regeneration matrix, and a final scale relation is established, and the diffusion range of pulmonary tuberculosis is given. This relationship can also be established by arbitrary mixing between two populations, but it is often not feasible to determine the number of basic regenerations. If the mixing of the two populations is proportional, we can give the expression of the basic number of reproduction accurately, and based on the expression of the basic number of reproduction, we can get the final formula of scale.
