基于有限元模型的男女乘員骨盆側(cè)碰響應(yīng)比較分析

【摘要】:美國交通事故統(tǒng)計局?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)顯示,在有乘員損傷的交通事故中,側(cè)面碰撞占了15%~20%;但乘員嚴(yán)重?fù)p傷甚至致命的事故中,側(cè)面碰撞占了25%-30%。側(cè)面碰撞中,乘員骨盆損傷非常常見,研究骨盆在側(cè)面碰撞中的響應(yīng)及損傷機(jī)理,有助于更好的改善汽車保護(hù)裝置,提高乘員安全性。作為天津市應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)及前沿技術(shù)研究項目:基于損傷機(jī)理和生物力學(xué)特征的髖關(guān)節(jié)建模及應(yīng)用研究(10JCYBJC25900)內(nèi)容之一,本研究擬構(gòu)建50百分位中國男女骨盆的三維有限元模型,驗證該模型的有效性,進(jìn)行側(cè)面碰撞仿真分析,研究骨盆在側(cè)面碰撞中的損傷機(jī)理,并對比分析男女骨盆側(cè)面碰撞響應(yīng)的不同。 本研究主要工作內(nèi)容如下: 1、基于CT掃描圖片,通過閾值分割提取骨盆的相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu),利用逆向工程軟件和網(wǎng)格劃分軟件,構(gòu)建50百分位中國男性、女性的骨盆三維有限元模型,通過和尸體實驗進(jìn)行對比,驗證了模型的有效性; 2、用該模型進(jìn)行側(cè)面碰撞仿真分析,結(jié)果顯示側(cè)面碰撞中髖臼、骶髂關(guān)節(jié)、恥骨支、恥骨聯(lián)合處容易應(yīng)力集中,易受到損傷; 3、進(jìn)行男女骨盆側(cè)面碰撞對比,結(jié)果顯示男性骨盆能夠承受的最大撞擊力為4.62KN,女性為3.55KN,男性骨盆位移比女性骨盆位移。慌怨桥柙趥(cè)面碰撞中發(fā)生骨折的臨界撞擊力為3.0KN; 4、通過男女骨盆側(cè)面碰撞響應(yīng)的比較發(fā)現(xiàn),由于骨盆存在很大的個體差異,利用有限元模型對骨盆損傷進(jìn)行研究,應(yīng)考慮到生理結(jié)構(gòu)以及不同人群骨質(zhì)密度的影響,以更真實的反應(yīng)側(cè)面碰撞中骨盆的損傷。 對側(cè)面碰撞中骨盆損傷的研究,有助于了解骨盆的損傷機(jī)理,為汽車被動安全裝置的設(shè)計提供數(shù)據(jù)和參考,提高乘員的安全性,同時,為交通安全法規(guī)的制定及完善提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:According to data from the Bureau of Traffic Accidents Statistics, side collisions account for 1520 percent of accidents with crew injuries, but in accidents where passengers are seriously injured or even fatal, side collisions account for 25 to 30 percent. The injury of the occupant's pelvis is very common in the side impact. Studying the response and damage mechanism of the pelvis in the side impact is helpful to improve the vehicle protection device and improve the safety of the occupants. As one of the basic and cutting-edge technology research projects in Tianjin: modeling and application of hip joint based on injury mechanism and biomechanical characteristics, this study intends to construct a three-dimensional finite element model of 50 percentile Chinese male and female pelvis. The effectiveness of the model was verified and the mechanism of pelvic damage in lateral impact was studied by side impact simulation. The differences between male and female pelvic side impact responses were compared and analyzed. The main work of this study is as follows: 1. Based on CT scanning images, the pelvic structures were extracted by threshold segmentation, and the three-dimensional finite element model of 50 percentile Chinese male and female pelvis was constructed by reverse engineering software and meshing software. The results were compared with cadaveric experiments. The validity of the model is verified. 2. The results showed that acetabular, sacroiliac joint, pubic branch and pubic symphysis were easily concentrated and damaged in the side impact. The results showed that the maximum impact force of male pelvis was 4.62 KN, female was 3.55 KN, male pelvic displacement was smaller than female pelvic displacement, critical impact force of female pelvis fracture was 3.0 KN; 4. By comparing the lateral impact responses of male and female pelvis, it is found that due to the great individual difference in pelvis, the effects of physiological structure and bone density of different population should be taken into account in the study of pelvic injury by using finite element model. Pelvic injury in a more realistic side impact. The study of pelvic injury in side impact is helpful to understand the mechanism of pelvic injury, to provide data and reference for the design of passive safety device of automobile, and to improve the safety of occupants, at the same time, To provide scientific basis for the formulation and improvement of traffic safety laws and regulations.
