文章摘要：目的：觀察以十三味紅花秘訣丸與巴特日-7味丸（一方）為主,土木香十味散、嘎巴拉-3湯、洪格日散為輔的5種蒙藥與西醫(yī)常規(guī)療法結(jié)合治療輕型森林腦炎急性期的臨床療效。方法：選取森林腦炎急性期輕型患者63例作為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組32例和對(duì)照組31例。試驗(yàn)組給予口服巴特日-7味丸（一方）及十三味紅花秘訣丸等蒙藥結(jié)合西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療,對(duì)照組給予西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療,2周后分別對(duì)患者發(fā)熱、頭痛等癥狀進(jìn)行療效評(píng)分,評(píng)價(jià)兩種療法的臨床療效。結(jié)果：試驗(yàn)組在縮短發(fā)熱、頭痛天數(shù)及減輕發(fā)熱、頭痛程度方面均顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,兩組差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P〈0.05）。結(jié)論：蒙藥巴特日-7味丸（一方）、十三味紅花秘訣丸為主,土木香十味散、嘎巴拉-3湯、洪格日散為輔結(jié)合西醫(yī)常規(guī)療法治療森林腦炎急性期的發(fā)熱、頭痛效果優(yōu)于單獨(dú)使用西醫(yī)常規(guī)療法。

Abstr：Objective To observe the Garidi - 7 （one） and Safflower - 13 secret pills, TuMuXiang - 10 powder, kapala - 3soup, HongGeRi powder supplement 5 for kill＂ stick bugs＂ and clear＂ blood Xila＂ function of Mongolian medicine and modern west-ern medicine conventional therapy on acute stage light forest encephalitis the clinical curative effect. Methods Selection of forest en-cephalitis acute light 63 patients as the research object, and randomly divided into experimental group 32 cases and control group with31 cases, the experimental group was given oral Bart -7 pill （one） and Safflower - 13 secret pills and so on, modern Western conven-tional medicine therapy, control group was given the routine treatment of Western medicine, treatment of 2 weeks respectively for pa-tients with fever, headache, and other symptoms, signs were evaluated, finally the score results for statistical treatment, clinical evalu-ation of two kinds of therapy. Results In the experimental group, reduce the fever, headache days and reduce fever, headache degreewas significantly better than the control group, Statistically significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . ConclusionMongolian Garidi -7 pill （one） and Safflower- 13 secret pills based, TuMuXiang- 10 powder, kapala -3 soup, HongGeRi powderis combined with conventional western medicine therapy in the treatment of forest encephalitis acute fever, headache and stiff neck issuperior to conventional therapy of Western medicine alone.
