文獻(xiàn)名稱：針灸配合西藥治療非洲兒童瘧疾的隨機(jī)對(duì)照觀察

    前言：目的:觀察應(yīng)用針灸配合西藥與單純西藥治療非洲兒童瘧疾的療效差異。方法:132例非洲瘧疾患兒隨機(jī)分為針灸加西藥組(67例)和西藥組(65例),西藥組采用喹啉以及對(duì)癥治療,針灸加西藥組采用針灸配合西藥(同西藥組)治療,療程均為1周。對(duì)瘧疾的主要臨床表現(xiàn)和實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查進(jìn)行對(duì)比觀察。結(jié)果:針灸加西藥組與西藥組總有效率分別為97。0%和95。4%,2組療效比較差異有顯著性意義(P<0。05);針灸加西藥組在降低瘧疾患兒的發(fā)熱、血中瘧原蟲密度,縮短病程以及Hb和RBC的恢復(fù)時(shí)間上都優(yōu)于西藥組,2組比較差異有顯著性意義(P<0。05)。結(jié)論:應(yīng)用針灸配合西藥治療瘧疾的臨床療效優(yōu)于單純西藥治療。
