丘腦皮層神經(jīng)群模型仿真及現(xiàn)場可編程門陣列實(shí)現(xiàn)研究

【摘要】:利用計(jì)算機(jī)模擬大腦的神經(jīng)振蕩對于分析大腦的功能機(jī)制具有重要的意義。丘腦皮層神經(jīng)群模型(TNMM)是一種通過建立丘腦和皮層耦合關(guān)系來反映神經(jīng)活動(dòng)機(jī)制的模型,有助于我們理解大腦特定認(rèn)知功能及各個(gè)節(jié)律腦電信號的神經(jīng)振蕩活動(dòng)。隨著神經(jīng)群模型的復(fù)雜性和規(guī)模的不斷增加,常規(guī)的計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)性能無法實(shí)現(xiàn)快速和大規(guī)模的模型仿真。本文提出了以FPGA為基礎(chǔ)的硬件計(jì)算仿真方法,利用Altera公司的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)工具DSP Builder,同時(shí)結(jié)合MATLAB/Simulink實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)雜神經(jīng)群算法模型的搭建和硬件平臺移植。此方法充分利用FPGA的并行計(jì)算能力來實(shí)現(xiàn)大規(guī)模復(fù)雜神經(jīng)群模型的快速仿真,為神經(jīng)群模型的計(jì)算機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)提供了新的方案和思路。
[Abstract]:The use of computer to simulate the neural oscillation of the brain is of great significance to the analysis of the functional mechanism of the brain. The thalamic cortical nerve group model (TNMMM) is a model that can reflect the mechanism of neural activity by establishing the coupling relationship between thalamus and cortex, which helps us to understand the specific cognitive function of the brain and the neural oscillatory activity of various rhythmic EEG signals. With the increasing complexity and scale of neural group model, the performance of conventional computer system can not achieve fast and large-scale model simulation. In this paper, a method of hardware calculation and simulation based on FPGA is proposed, and the computer aided design tool DSP Builder of Altera Company is used to build the complex neural group algorithm model and transplant the hardware platform with MATLAB/Simulink. This method makes full use of the parallel computing ability of FPGA to realize the fast simulation of large-scale complex neural group model and provides a new scheme and train of thought for the computer implementation of neural group model.
