【摘要】：目的調(diào)查濟(jì)寧市太白湖新區(qū)越冬蚊的種類、密度及分布情況。方法于2015年12月至2016年3月,在濟(jì)寧市太白湖新區(qū)選取成蚊監(jiān)測點采用目測法觀察蚊蟲數(shù)量并記錄結(jié)果,同時捕捉成蚊在解剖鏡下分類鑒定并觀察吸血情況。隨機(jī)選取50%進(jìn)行解剖,觀察蚊蟲體內(nèi)脂肪體累積和卵巢發(fā)育情況。結(jié)果共捕獲成蚊1 677只,均為淡色庫蚊。蚊蟲越冬以地瓜窖、花房較多,成蚊陽性率分別為98.25%(56/57)和81.36%(48/59)。雌蚊2月下旬體內(nèi)脂肪體驟減,3月上旬開始出現(xiàn)吸血和卵巢發(fā)育,3月中旬體內(nèi)脂肪開始消失。結(jié)論濟(jì)寧市太白湖新區(qū)淡色庫蚊以成蚊越冬,主要越冬場所為地瓜窖、花房,應(yīng)在越冬期加強(qiáng)成蚊的控制工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the species density and distribution of wintering mosquitoes in Taibai Lake New area of Jining City. Methods from December 2015 to March 2016, the mosquito population was observed and recorded by visual method at the monitoring point of adult mosquito in Taibai Lake New area, Jining City. The adult mosquito was classified and identified under anatomic microscope and blood sucking was observed. 50% of the mosquitoes were dissected at random to observe the accumulation of fat body and the development of ovary. Results A total of 1,677 adult mosquitoes were captured, all of which were Culex pipiens pallens. The positive rates of adult mosquitoes were 98.25% 56 / 57) and 81.36% / 59% respectively. The body fat of female mosquitoes decreased sharply in late February, blood sucking and ovarian development began in the first ten days of March, and body fat began to disappear in the middle of March. Conclusion the adult mosquitoes of Culex pipiens pallens in Taibai Lake New area of Jining City overwintering, the main overwintering farm is melon cellar and flower house, the control of adult mosquitoes should be strengthened during the wintering period.
