【摘要】：正踝管的解剖包括構(gòu)成其邊壁的纖維和骨,及其內(nèi)容物的走行、分支與分布等。踝管綜合征的發(fā)生發(fā)展與其內(nèi)容物尤其是神經(jīng)或血管受到卡壓等有很大的關(guān)系,踝管腔隙連通小腿后部和足底,從腔隙解剖學(xué)的角度~([1,2])認(rèn)為,踝管壁的構(gòu)成及內(nèi)容物的結(jié)構(gòu)分支及走行,是踝管損傷甚至病變的解剖學(xué)基礎(chǔ),對于踝管蹤合征的臨床診治及其相關(guān)的跟骨、跗骨手術(shù)等具有重要的參考價(jià)值,國內(nèi)外對踝管的應(yīng)用解剖研究已取得了一定的進(jìn)展,本文整理了近年來踝管的精細(xì)解剖的參考文
[Abstract]:The anatomy of the straight ankle canal consists of the fibers and bones that form its side wall, the movement, branches and distribution of its contents and so on. The occurrence and development of malleolus syndrome is closely related to its contents, especially the compression of nerve or blood vessels. The malleolus space connects the posterior part of the leg to the sole of the foot, according to the anatomic angle of the lacunae ([1k2]), The composition of the malleolus wall and the structure, branches and running of the contents are the anatomical basis of the ankle canal injury and even pathological changes. It has important reference value for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the tracer sign of the malleolus canal and the related calcaneus, tarsal bone surgery and so on. Some progress has been made in the applied anatomy of the ankle canal at home and abroad. In this paper, some references on the fine anatomy of the ankle canal in recent years are summarized.
