文章摘要：目的：探討清營(yíng)湯結(jié)合西醫(yī)常規(guī)療法治療膿毒癥的臨床療效。方法：納入80例膿毒癥患者,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組40例和治療組40例。兩組患者均采用西醫(yī)常規(guī)療法治療,治療組患者在此基礎(chǔ)上加服清營(yíng)湯治療,治療周期為14 d。評(píng)價(jià)兩組患者的臨床療效,比較治療前后兩組患者的血清炎性因子水平的變化。結(jié)果：治療后,治療組的臨床總有效率為92.5%,對(duì)照組為72.5%,治療組的療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P〈0.05）。治療后,兩組患者的血清C-反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、白介素-8（IL-8）水平較治療前均顯著降低（P〈0.05）,且治療組患者的血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-8水平低于對(duì)照組（P〈0.05）。結(jié)論：清營(yíng)湯結(jié)合西醫(yī)常規(guī)療法治療膿毒癥療效較佳,值得在臨床中推廣、應(yīng)用。

Abstr：Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of ＂Qingying Decoction＂ combined with western medicine in treating patients with sepsis. Methods： Eighty patients with sepsis were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 40 cases in each group. All the patients were treated with routine western medicine and the patients in the treatment group were treated with ＂ Qingying Decoction＂ additionally with a course of 14 days. The clinical effect was evaluated, and the levels of serum inflammatory factors were detected. Results： After treatment, the total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 92.5% and 72.5% respectively, and the effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the levels of serum CRP, TNF-ct and IL- 8 were significantly decreased in both groups （P 〈0.05 ）, and the levels of serum CRP, TNF-α and IL-8 in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The clinical effect of ＂ Qingying Decoction＂ combined with western medicine in treating patients with sepsis is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
