【摘要】:目的:借鑒基因芯片技術,探討薏苡仁拆分組分健脾滲濕作用時對能量代謝的影響。方法:根據本項目組建立的方法對薏苡仁組分拆分和動物模型建立,以中焦空腸的基因變化為研究指標,探討各組分對空腸oxidoreductase activity的影響。結果:模型動物存在明顯的能量代謝障礙,薏苡仁各組分均可以改善這種障礙,但其作用靶點可能并不一致。結論:建議在使用薏苡仁治療脾虛疾病時,以麩炒方式炮制,以提高療效。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the effect of the separation component of Coix seed on energy metabolism during invigorating spleen and infiltrating moisture by using gene chip technology. Methods: according to the method established in this project, the components of Coix seed and the animal model were established. The effect of each component on jejunum oxidoreductase activity was studied with the gene change of middle coke jejunum as the research index. Results: there were obvious energy metabolism disorders in model animals, which could be improved by Coix seed, but the targets might not be the same. Conclusion: it is suggested to use Coix seed in treating spleen deficiency disease by processing with bran to improve the curative effect.
