【摘要】:micro RNAs(mi RNAs)是一類含有20~22個(gè)核苷酸的非編碼單鏈小分子RNA,發(fā)揮轉(zhuǎn)錄后水平負(fù)調(diào)控基因表達(dá)和翻譯的作用,具有生物學(xué)功能多樣性,可作為多種疾病診斷和預(yù)后重要分子標(biāo)志。該文介紹了肌細(xì)胞特異性mi RNAs,如mi R-1、mi R-133、mi R-145、mi R-206基因等染色體分布、序列、組織表達(dá)豐度、主要通路,并對(duì)肌細(xì)胞特異性mi RNAs在氣管平滑肌、血管平滑肌、心肌等細(xì)胞中的生物學(xué)效應(yīng)研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Micro RNAs(mi RNas is a class of non-coding single-stranded small RNAs containing 20 ~ 22 nucleotides, which play a role in the negative regulation of gene expression and translation at post-transcriptional level. It has a variety of biological functions and can be used as an important molecular marker for the diagnosis and prognosis of many diseases. The chromosomal distribution, sequence, tissue abundance and main pathway of myocyte specific mi RNAsS, such as myocyte specific mi RNas, such as mi R-133n mi R-133mmi R-145mi R-206, were introduced. The specific myocyte specific mi RNAs was found in trachea smooth muscle, vascular smooth muscle, and so on. Advances in the study of biological effects in cardiac muscle and other cells are reviewed.
