【摘要】：目的構(gòu)建實(shí)驗(yàn)獼猴憤怒郁怒表情模式識(shí)別系統(tǒng)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“模式識(shí)別系統(tǒng)”），為獼猴模型表征評(píng)價(jià)提供客觀手段；完成憤怒郁怒情緒反應(yīng)及其誘發(fā)PMS肝氣逆、肝氣郁證獼猴模型的制備及評(píng)價(jià)，反證模式識(shí)別系統(tǒng)，為探索憤怒郁怒致病機(jī)理提供適宜的載體平臺(tái)；應(yīng)用獼猴憤怒郁怒表情模式識(shí)別系統(tǒng)對(duì)獼猴情緒變化予以量化，采集獼猴血樣及腦中樞指標(biāo)進(jìn)行神經(jīng)介質(zhì)檢測(cè)，通過數(shù)學(xué)建模手段構(gòu)建宏微觀指標(biāo)非線性方程，，探查面部表情和PMS肝氣逆、肝氣郁兩證發(fā)病及藥物干預(yù)可能微觀機(jī)制。 方法全國各實(shí)驗(yàn)獼猴飼養(yǎng)基地采集海量獼猴表情圖片，動(dòng)物行為學(xué)專家對(duì)表情進(jìn)行分類評(píng)分，建立獼猴表情圖片數(shù)據(jù)庫，依據(jù)《雌性實(shí)驗(yàn)獼猴情緒評(píng)價(jià)量表》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“量表”）建立評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，采用機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)方法構(gòu)建模式識(shí)別系統(tǒng)；應(yīng)用社會(huì)層級(jí)壓力應(yīng)激法誘導(dǎo)獼猴出現(xiàn)情緒反應(yīng)，然后依據(jù)量表篩選出憤怒郁怒情緒反應(yīng)獼猴模型，選取上述獼猴配合擇時(shí)擠壓造模使獼猴出現(xiàn)PMS肝氣逆、肝氣郁表現(xiàn)，應(yīng)用中藥對(duì)PMS肝氣逆、郁證進(jìn)行干預(yù)。隨后采用模式識(shí)別系統(tǒng)和量表評(píng)分輔助判別其表情行為，驗(yàn)證模式識(shí)別系統(tǒng)的有效性；采集上述不同組別獼猴月經(jīng)周期不同時(shí)期血清，分析血清和不同腦區(qū)NE、DA、5 HT和GABA含量，結(jié)合系統(tǒng)評(píng)分結(jié)果，將不同時(shí)期微觀指標(biāo)與其表情得分?jǐn)M合非線性曲線，以期揭示情緒與體內(nèi)指標(biāo)間可能關(guān)系，為探討PMS肝氣逆、肝氣郁兩證發(fā)病及藥物干預(yù)可能微觀機(jī)制提供實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)支撐。 結(jié)果1、模式識(shí)別系統(tǒng)可較好識(shí)別獼猴憤怒、郁怒表情，其得分與專家評(píng)分相關(guān)性為0.959。2、使用量表對(duì)獼猴造模前后進(jìn)行評(píng)分，其憤怒因子與郁怒因子于造模前后有顯著變化且符合預(yù)期規(guī)律。而各類微觀指標(biāo)的升降也均符合PMS獼猴模型造模前后應(yīng)有的表現(xiàn)。使用模式識(shí)別系統(tǒng)對(duì)獼猴表情進(jìn)行評(píng)分后發(fā)現(xiàn)：憤怒情緒反應(yīng)與PMS肝氣逆獼猴憤怒表情得分均較對(duì)照組顯著上升(P0.01)，PMS肝氣逆組又顯著多于憤怒情緒組(P0.05)，PMS肝氣郁獼猴郁怒表情得分顯著多于對(duì)照組和郁怒情緒反應(yīng)組(P0.01)，中藥干預(yù)可顯著降低PMS肝氣逆、郁證獼猴憤怒、郁怒表情得分(P0.01)。3、獼猴微觀指標(biāo)與同時(shí)期表情得分呈較明顯非線性關(guān)系，其中各指標(biāo)與表情得分的擬合方程分別為（X代表表情得分，Y代表微觀指標(biāo)含量ng/g）：NE: Y=8.044+0.035X+0.003X~2 (1.692E 5)*X~3, R~2=0.921; DA:Y=28.371+0.095X+0.009X~2 (5.689E 5)*X~3, R~2=0.575;5 HT: Y=21.843 0.203X+0.005X~2 (2.244E 5)*X~3, R~2=0.716。 結(jié)論模式識(shí)別系統(tǒng)效標(biāo)關(guān)聯(lián)效度為0.959，可較好識(shí)別獼猴憤怒、郁怒表情，達(dá)到統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)要求；應(yīng)用該模式識(shí)別系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中我們發(fā)現(xiàn)憤怒郁怒不良情緒反應(yīng)與血清單胺類神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)波動(dòng)變化有關(guān)，而PMS肝氣逆、郁證發(fā)病則與血清及中樞單胺類神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)和GABA含量密切相關(guān)。中藥干預(yù)可通過改變上述物質(zhì)含量而發(fā)揮療效。而應(yīng)用模式識(shí)別系統(tǒng)及檢測(cè)技術(shù)所采集宏微觀指標(biāo)的數(shù)據(jù)擬合結(jié)果則揭示不同組別、不同期屬獼猴證候表征與其體內(nèi)指標(biāo)動(dòng)態(tài)改變相因性，上述非線性方程構(gòu)建無疑對(duì)認(rèn)識(shí)不良情緒反應(yīng)及其引發(fā)/誘發(fā)情志病證和中藥干預(yù)的復(fù)雜機(jī)制提供了可資借鑒的思路及方法，為干預(yù)情志病證藥物開發(fā)平臺(tái)構(gòu)建提供了方法學(xué)支撐。
[Abstract]:Objective To construct a model recognition system ( hereinafter referred to as " pattern recognition system " ) in an experimental rhesus monkey , which provides an objective way for the characterization and evaluation of the rhesus monkey model .
In order to explore the mechanism of anger - depression and depression , a suitable carrier platform is provided for the research on the preparation and evaluation of liver - qi depression , the preparation and evaluation of the model of liver - qi stagnation syndrome , and the evaluation of the syndrome pattern recognition system .
In this paper , the emotion changes of rhesus monkeys were quantified by the expression pattern recognition system , and the blood samples and the indexes of the brain were collected . The nonlinear equations of the macro - microscopic indexes were constructed by means of mathematical modeling , the facial expressions and PMS liver - qi adverse , the liver - qi stagnation syndrome and the possible micro - mechanism of drug intervention were explored .

Methods To collect the emoticons of a large amount of macaca mulatta from the breeding base of the experimental rhesus monkeys in the whole country , and the animal behavior experts classify the expression and establish the database of the emoticons of the rhesus monkey , and establish the evaluation standard according to the emotion evaluation scale of the female experiment ( hereinafter referred to as the " scale " ) , and construct the pattern recognition system by using the machine learning method ;
Using the social - level stress - stress method to induce the emotional response of Macaca mulatta , and then , according to the scale , we screened the model of the emotional response of the angry depression , and selected the above - mentioned rhesus monkey to make PMS liver - qi adverse and liver - qi stagnation . Then use the traditional Chinese medicine to intervene the PMS liver - qi and depression syndrome . Then the pattern recognition system and the scale score were used to help judge the expression behavior and verify the validity of the pattern recognition system .
