左歸丸對雷公藤多苷所致少弱精子癥大鼠模型精子質(zhì)量及生殖器官損傷的預防作用

【摘要】:目的:觀察左歸丸對雷公藤多苷(GTW)誘導的少弱精子癥大鼠模型的精子質(zhì)量、生殖器官臟器系數(shù)、生殖激素水平及睪丸組織結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,研究左歸丸對少弱精子癥的預防作用。方法:將36只雄性SD大鼠隨機平均分為正常組、模型組及左歸丸組,每組12只,干預時間共計8周。正常組給予去離子水8周;模型組前4周用去離子水進行干預,5-8周用40mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)的雷公藤多苷進行造模;左歸丸組前4周用6g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)的左歸丸混懸液進行預防性干預,5-8周用40mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)的雷公藤多苷進行干預。8周后處死,并檢測大鼠精子質(zhì)量;測量睪丸及附屬性腺的重量,分別計算臟器指數(shù);測定血清黃體生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睪酮(T);并對睪丸進行組織學觀察。結(jié)果:與模型組比較,左歸丸組在大鼠生殖器官臟器系數(shù)、精子質(zhì)量(除C級精子百分率)、生殖激素水平方面的差異均具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05,P0.01);左歸丸組大鼠的睪丸組織病理損傷程度均較模型組明顯減輕。結(jié)論:左歸丸能夠有效減輕雷公藤多苷對大鼠精子質(zhì)量及生殖器官的損傷程度,具有一定的預防作用。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the effects of Zuogui pill on the quality of sperm, organ coefficient of reproductive organs, reproductive hormone level and testicular tissue structure of oligozoospermia rats induced by Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside GTW, and to study the preventive effect of Zuogui pill on oligozoospermia. Methods: Thirty-six male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and Zuo Gui Wan group with 12 rats in each group. The intervention time was 8 weeks. The normal group was treated with deionized water for 8 weeks, the model group was treated with deionized water for 5 to 8 weeks and the model group was treated with 40mg KGG / 1 / DX / 1 / d ~ (-1) for 5 to 8 weeks respectively, and the model was established with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside (40mg). The rats in the Zuogui pill group were killed at the first 4 weeks with the suspension of Zuo Gui Pill (6 g / kg Pill) and the weight of the testis and the adnexal glands, and the viscera index was calculated respectively after intervention with the 40mg KGG (-1) DX polyglucoside for 5 to 8 weeks, and the sperm quality of the rats was measured; the weight of the testis and the adnexal glands were measured and the viscera index was calculated respectively. Serum luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), testosterone (T), and histological observation of testis were observed. Results: compared with the model group, the organ coefficient of the left Gui Wan group was higher than that of the model group. The difference of sperm quality (except the percentage of C grade spermatozoa and the level of reproductive hormone) was statistically significant, and the degree of pathological injury of testis in the group of Zuogui pills was significantly less than that in the model group. Conclusion: Zuogui Pill can effectively reduce the damage of tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides on sperm quality and reproductive organs in rats, and has a certain preventive effect.
