【摘要】：干擾素調(diào)節(jié)因子4(IRF4)是IRFs家族一員,經(jīng)一系列信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)作用發(fā)揮轉(zhuǎn)錄激活或阻遏,調(diào)節(jié)干擾素的表達(dá)、淋巴細(xì)胞的分化發(fā)育及活性,參與免疫調(diào)控。IRF4與白細(xì)胞介素、信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)及轉(zhuǎn)錄激活因子、活化T細(xì)胞核因子等細(xì)胞因子相互作用調(diào)節(jié)T細(xì)胞分化,形成復(fù)雜的平衡網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)控系統(tǒng),平衡網(wǎng)絡(luò)遭到破壞則免疫功能紊亂,并誘發(fā)免疫性疾病,如哮喘、炎癥性腸病、關(guān)節(jié)炎、自身免疫性疾病,其與復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)的關(guān)系正在探索之中。
[Abstract]:Interferon regulatory factor 4 (IF4) is a member of the IRFs family. It plays a role in transcription activation or repression through a series of signal transduction, regulates the expression of interferon, the differentiation, development and activity of lymphocytes, and participates in immunological regulation of. IRF4 and interleukin. The interaction of signal transduction and transcription activator, activation of T nuclear factor and other cytokines regulates the differentiation of T cells and forms a complex regulatory system of balanced network. When the balance network is destroyed, the immune function is disturbed and immune diseases are induced. The relationship between asthma, inflammatory bowel disease, arthritis, autoimmune disease and recurrent abortion is being explored.
