短鏈脂肪酸對腸黏膜穩(wěn)態(tài)免疫調(diào)節(jié)作用的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:短鏈脂肪酸(SCFAs)是一類碳原子少于6個(gè)的脂肪酸,主要由飲食中纖維成分經(jīng)腸道菌群酵解產(chǎn)生,腸道中含量較多的為乙酸(C2)、丙酸(C3)、丁酸(C4)。它們能通過影響不同免疫細(xì)胞的功能參與腸道黏膜免疫反應(yīng),維持腸道穩(wěn)態(tài)。目前研究發(fā)現(xiàn),它們可通過識別Toll樣受體(TLRs),活化G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體(GPCRs),抑制組蛋白去乙酰酶(HDAC)活性等參與腸道疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展。本文就短鏈脂肪酸對腸黏膜穩(wěn)態(tài)的免疫調(diào)節(jié)作用做一綜述。
[Abstract]:Short chain fatty acid (SCFAsS) is a kind of fatty acids with less than 6 carbon atoms, which is mainly produced by the fermentation of dietary fiber by intestinal microflora. The main contents of SCFAsS in the intestines are C _ 2C _ (2) acetate, C _ (3) C _ (3) propionate and C _ (4) C _ (4) butyrate. They can participate in the intestinal mucosal immune response by affecting the function of different immune cells and maintain the intestinal homeostasis. It has been found that they can be involved in the occurrence and development of intestinal diseases by recognizing TLRsN, activating G-protein-coupled receptor (GPCRsN) and inhibiting the activity of histone deacetylase (histone deacetylase). This article reviews the immunoregulatory effects of short chain fatty acids on intestinal mucosal homeostasis.
