【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)對(duì)《中國(guó)心理衛(wèi)生雜志》的文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量和詞頻分析,探討心理衛(wèi)生領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)與研究熱點(diǎn)。方法:采用書(shū)目共現(xiàn)分析系統(tǒng)(BICOMB)對(duì)《中國(guó)心理衛(wèi)生雜志》2007-2016年間載文的基金、作者、作者所在單位和關(guān)鍵詞進(jìn)行分析。采用SPSS22.0對(duì)高頻關(guān)鍵詞進(jìn)行多維尺度分析。結(jié)果:《中國(guó)心理衛(wèi)生雜志》10年間共載文2075篇,提取出高頻關(guān)鍵詞49個(gè)。多維尺度分析顯示,該雜志的載文可區(qū)分為4個(gè)領(lǐng)域。領(lǐng)域1中的核心關(guān)鍵詞為生活質(zhì)量和抑郁,圍繞領(lǐng)域1中關(guān)鍵詞的研究處于該雜志心理衛(wèi)生研究的中心。領(lǐng)域2中的核心關(guān)鍵詞為自尊和精神衛(wèi)生,領(lǐng)域3中的核心關(guān)鍵詞為主觀幸福感和自殺,領(lǐng)域4中的核心關(guān)鍵詞為影響因素和執(zhí)行功能。圍繞領(lǐng)域2~4中關(guān)鍵詞的研究處于該雜志心理衛(wèi)生研究的中心之外。老年人等研究處于該雜志心理衛(wèi)生研究的邊緣。結(jié)論:《中國(guó)心理衛(wèi)生雜志》近10年的研究反映出心理衛(wèi)生領(lǐng)域的研究主題多樣。生活質(zhì)量、抑郁等主題受到較多關(guān)注,老年人心理衛(wèi)生等主題的研究還相對(duì)薄弱。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the development trend and research focus of mental health field through the bibliometrics and word frequency analysis of the Chinese Journal of Mental Health. Methods: the authors, authors, units and key words of the articles published in the Chinese Journal of Mental Health from 2007 to 2016 were analyzed by the Bibliographic Analysis system (BICOMBB). SPSS22.0 is used to analyze high frequency keywords in multi-dimensional scale. Results: a total of 2075 articles were published in the Chinese Journal of Mental Health in the past 10 years, and 49 high frequency keywords were extracted. Multidimensional scale analysis shows that the magazine's articles can be divided into four areas. The core keywords in field 1 are quality of life and depression, and the research around the key words in field 1 is at the centre of the journal's mental health research. The core keywords in domain 2 are self-esteem and mental health, the core keywords in field 3 are subjective well-being and suicide, and the core keywords in field 4 are influencing factors and executive functions. The research around key words in domain 2 / 4 is outside the journal's mental health research. Studies such as the elderly are on the margins of the journal's mental health study. Conclusion: the Chinese Journal of Mental Health in recent 10 years shows that there are various research topics in the field of mental health. Quality of life, depression and other topics have received more attention, and the research on mental health of the elderly is relatively weak.
