【摘要】：目的:運(yùn)用內(nèi)毒素誘導(dǎo)實(shí)驗(yàn)性兔根尖周炎模型的建立,探討建立實(shí)驗(yàn)性兔根尖周炎模型的方法.方法:選用6只新西蘭大白兔,采用全麻后在其雙側(cè)上頜第一、第二磨牙及下頜第一磨牙咬合面開(kāi)髓,置入內(nèi)毒素脂多糖后,分別于術(shù)后1周、2周、3周各處死2只,制作組織學(xué)切片,經(jīng)HE染色后觀察并分析根尖周組織變化的過(guò)程.結(jié)果:1周后,實(shí)驗(yàn)性兔根尖周組織見(jiàn)較明顯的炎癥細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn);2周后,炎癥細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn)明顯加重;3周后進(jìn)入慢性炎癥期.結(jié)論:將內(nèi)毒素脂多糖封入實(shí)驗(yàn)性兔根管后,可成功建立根尖周炎模型,為根尖周病變的研究奠定了基礎(chǔ).
[Abstract]:Aim: to establish an experimental rabbit periapical periodontitis model induced by endotoxin. Methods: six New Zealand white rabbits were selected. After general anesthesia, 2 rabbits were killed at the first maxillary, the second molar and the mandibular first molar at the occlusal surface of the bilateral maxillary first molar and the mandibular first molar, and then the lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was inserted into the first maxillary first molar and the mandibular first molar, and 2 rabbits were killed at 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks after the operation, respectively. Histological sections were made and the changes of periapical tissue were observed and analyzed by HE staining. Results after 1 week, the infiltration of inflammatory cells in periapical tissue of experimental rabbits was more obvious than 2 weeks, and the infiltration of inflammatory cells increased significantly after 3 weeks. Conclusion: the model of periapical periodontitis can be established successfully after endotoxin lipopolysaccharide is sealed into the experimental rabbit root canal, which lays a foundation for the study of periapical lesions.
