【摘要】：目的:研究大鼠脛骨骨折模型評價千金骨康散對骨折的治療作用。方法:雄性SD大鼠40只,除正常組10只外,其余30只大鼠采用2%戊巴比妥鈉腹腔麻醉,無菌操作于左下肢脛骨粗隆下約1 cm處,以骨剪橫向?qū)⒚劰羌舫? mm寬,2 mm深的骨缺損,建立脛骨骨折模型,將造模大鼠隨機(jī)分為3組,分別為模型組,千金骨康散低、高劑量組(0.35,0.7 g·kg-1),各組分別ig給藥,給藥體積為15 m L·kg-1,每天1次,連續(xù)給藥21 d。實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)┐谓o藥后對大鼠左側(cè)脛骨X射線成像,采血進(jìn)行血液流變檢測、取脛骨骨痂部位進(jìn)行組織病理學(xué)檢查。結(jié)果:與正常組比較,模型組大鼠有內(nèi)外輕度骨痂的改變,有錯位現(xiàn)象,大鼠血液黏度明顯升高,大鼠骨折后骨痂部位組織病理學(xué)變化較為明顯;與模型組比較,X成像顯示千金骨康散低、高劑量能明顯促進(jìn)骨折愈合(P0.05,P0.01),高劑量能明顯降低大鼠脛骨骨折模型血液黏度(P0.05);千金骨康散低、高劑量能明顯改造大鼠骨折后骨痂部位組織病理學(xué)變化(P0.05,P0.01)。結(jié)論:千金骨康散對大鼠脛骨骨折具有一定的促愈合作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Qianjin Gukang Powder on tibial fracture in rats. Methods: 40 male Sprague-Dawley rats, except 10 in normal group, were anesthetized with 2% pentobarbital sodium intraperitoneally and sterilized at about 1 cm below the protuberance of the tibia of the left lower extremity. The tibia was cut horizontally into a bone defect of 3 mm wide and 2 mm deep. The model rats were randomly divided into three groups: the model group was treated with Qianjin Gukang Powder (QJKS), the high dose group was treated with 0.35U 0.7 g kg-1g 路kg ~ (-1), the volume of each group was 15 mL / kg ~ (-1), once a day, and the drug was given continuously for 21 days. After the last administration of the drug, the left tibia of rats was examined by X-ray imaging, blood was collected for hemorheological examination, and the callus of tibia was taken for histopathological examination. Results: compared with the normal group, the rats in the model group had slight internal and external callus changes, dislocation, increased blood viscosity and histopathological changes of the callus after fracture. Compared with the model group, the X-ray imaging showed that Qianjin Gukang San was low, high dose could obviously promote fracture healing, high dose could obviously reduce the blood viscosity of tibial fracture model in rats (P 0.05), and Qianjin Gu Kang San was low. The histopathological changes of callus after fracture could be significantly modified by high dose (P 0.05) and P 0.01 (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Qianjin Gukang Powder can promote the healing of tibial fracture in rats.
