【摘要】:正組蛋白H3是細(xì)胞核染色質(zhì)的重要組成成分,也是核心組蛋白之一~([1-2])。PHH3是磷酸化的組蛋白H3,其只存在細(xì)胞有絲分裂期而不出現(xiàn)于分裂間期和凋亡細(xì)胞中,從而有利于有絲分裂細(xì)胞的計(jì)數(shù)~([1-4])。Ribalta等~([4])報(bào)道PHH3蛋白可以幫助腦膜瘤的腫瘤分級(jí)以及區(qū)分凋亡細(xì)胞;在皮膚的平滑肌腫瘤中簡(jiǎn)單計(jì)數(shù)核分裂細(xì)胞~([5]);Tsuta等~([6]_認(rèn)為,PHH3同樣可以在肺神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌癌中計(jì)數(shù)核分裂細(xì)胞;除此之外,PHH3還可以預(yù)測(cè)星形細(xì)胞瘤患者的生存期~([7]),協(xié)助子宮內(nèi)膜癌的病理分級(jí)等~([8])。因此采用免疫組化(immunohisto-
[Abstract]:Positive histone H3 is an important component of nuclear chromatin and one of the core histone ([1-2] n.PHH3 is phosphorylated histone H3, which exists only in mitotic phase and not in intermitotic and apoptotic cells. It is helpful for mitotic cell count ([1-4], Ribalta et al. [4]) to report that PHH3 protein can help the tumor grade of meningioma and differentiate apoptotic cells. Mitotic cells were counted in smooth muscle tumors of skin. [5] Tsuta et al. ([6]) it was suggested that PHH3 could also count mitotic cells in lung neuroendocrine carcinoma. In addition, PHH3 can also predict the survival time of astrocytoma patients ([7]), assist in the pathological grading of endometrial carcinoma ([8]). So immunohistochemical staining was used.
