食蟹猴自發(fā)性高血壓及患病危險性的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的建立各年齡段食蟹猴血壓參考值。方法采用美國Beckman-CX4全自動生化分析儀和北京松下電工有限公司的腕式電子血壓計,檢測521只食蟹猴血壓及血脂指標,對測定結(jié)果進行統(tǒng)計檢驗。結(jié)果經(jīng)統(tǒng)計分析,不同年齡段的食蟹猴血壓值差異顯著,老年組食蟹猴血壓值高于其它年齡組;老年組食蟹猴高血壓的發(fā)病率高于其他年齡組,高血壓組食蟹猴身體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(body mass index,BMI)高于同年齡組血壓正常的食蟹猴;老年組高脂血癥食蟹猴高血壓發(fā)病率高于其他年齡組。Logistic回歸分析顯示,年齡、BMI及高脂血癥在預測高血壓組的患病危險性的預測能力分別為血壓正常組的1.435、1.218、2.337倍。結(jié)論初步建立不同年齡段食蟹猴的血壓參考值。年齡、BMI、高脂血癥為食蟹猴自發(fā)性高血壓的危險因素,基礎(chǔ)血壓值測量為食蟹猴自發(fā)性高血壓模型篩選及其相關(guān)研究提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish the blood pressure reference value of crab monkey in different ages. Methods the blood pressure and blood lipid index of 521 crab monkeys were measured by Beckman-CX4 automatic biochemical analyzer and wrist type electronic sphygmomanometer of Beijing Matsushita Electrical Co., Ltd. Results by statistical analysis, there were significant differences in blood pressure between different age groups, the blood pressure in the elderly group was higher than that in the other age groups, the incidence of hypertension in the elderly group was higher than that in the other age groups, the incidence of hypertension in the elderly group was higher than that in the other age groups. The body mass index (BMI) in the hypertensive group was higher than that in the same age group, and the incidence of hypertension in the elderly group with hyperlipidemia was higher than that in the other age groups. The predictive ability of age BMI and hyperlipidemia in predicting the risk of hypertension was 1.435U 1.218v 2.337 times as high as that in normal blood pressure group, respectively. Conclusion the blood pressure reference value of crab monkey in different ages was preliminarily established. BMI, hyperlipidemia was the risk factor of spontaneous hypertension in crab-eating monkey. The basic blood pressure measurement provided the basis for screening spontaneous hypertension model of crab monkey and related research.
