硫化氫供體生物學作用研究進展

【摘要】:硫化氫(H2S)在以往被認為是一種具有強烈臭雞蛋氣味的無色有毒氣體。然而現(xiàn)在,它繼一氧化氮和一氧化碳之后成為了第3種內(nèi)源性信號氣體遞質(zhì),充當著神經(jīng)調(diào)質(zhì)和神經(jīng)保護劑作用。最近幾年,新的硫化氫供體,也可以稱為衍生物,在硫化氫的基礎上,發(fā)揮著重要的生物學作用。本文綜述了這些新的硫化氫供體的生物學作用研究進展。
[Abstract]:Hydrogen sulfide (H 2 S) was previously considered as a colorless toxic gas with strong odor of eggs.Now, however, it has become the third endogenous signal gas transmitter after nitric oxide and carbon monoxide, acting as neuromodulator and neuroprotective agent.In recent years, new hydrogen sulfide donors, also known as derivatives, play an important biological role on the basis of hydrogen sulfide.In this paper, the research progress of the biological action of these new hydrogen sulfide donors is reviewed.
