脈康湯對內(nèi)源性老年高脂血癥模型大鼠血脂的影響

【摘要】:目的探討脈康湯對內(nèi)源性老年高脂血癥大鼠模型血脂的影響。方法選用雄性Wistar大鼠40只,進(jìn)行隨機(jī)分為正常對照組、模型組、洛伐他汀組、脈康湯組,每組10只。采用給藥L-蛋氨酸造模。造模成功后,各實(shí)驗(yàn)組分別給予相應(yīng)藥物灌胃治療4 w,正常對照組給予蒸餾水。治療結(jié)束取血檢測大鼠的血清總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)水平。結(jié)果病理組織切片表明脈康湯組脂肪變性改善,脂肪滴減少,炎癥細(xì)胞浸潤減輕。模型組大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C、載脂蛋白(Apo)B以及Lp(a)的水平顯著高于脈康湯組、正常對照組、洛伐他汀組,而HDL-C、ApoAⅠ水平顯著低于其他三組。與洛伐他汀組相比,脈康湯組大鼠血清TC、TG、ApoB、Lp(a)水平顯著降低(P0.05),LDL-C、HDL-C、ApoAⅠ差異較小(P0.05)。脈康湯組極低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(VLDL-C)含量降低幅度明顯大于洛伐他汀組(P0.05)。脈康湯組TC/HDL-C比值比洛伐他汀組的比值降低幅度較大(P0.05)。脈康湯組大鼠肝組織中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的上升幅度顯著高于模型組(P0.05)。結(jié)論脈康湯對內(nèi)源性高脂血癥具有明顯的調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of mai Kang decoction on blood lipid in aged hyperlipidemia rats.Methods Forty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, lovastatin group and mai Kang decoction group with 10 rats in each group.The model was made by administration of L-methionine.After the model was successfully made, each experimental group was treated with corresponding drugs for 4 weeks, while the normal control group was given distilled water.Serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were measured at the end of the treatment.Results the histopathological sections showed that the steatosis, the decrease of fat droplets and the infiltration of inflammatory cells were ameliorated in Maikang decoction group.The serum levels of TCU TGG LDL-C, apolipoprotein ApoA B and LPA in the model group were significantly higher than those in the mai Kang decoction group, normal control group, lovastatin group, and HDL-Cn ApoA 鈪,
