【摘要】：對(duì)上海地區(qū)1個(gè)規(guī)�；B(yǎng)豬場(chǎng)和1個(gè)規(guī)�；B(yǎng)雞場(chǎng)分離鑒定的4 0株糞腸球菌,采用微量肉湯稀釋法對(duì)12種抗菌藥物進(jìn)行藥敏試驗(yàn),采用Riboprinter~?微生物基因指紋鑒定系統(tǒng)檢測(cè)分離菌株的基因指紋圖譜,分別檢測(cè)分離菌株中的核糖體型和耐藥性。結(jié)果表明,在40株糞腸球菌中,80%以上的為多重耐藥菌株,有4株豬源糞腸球菌對(duì)萬(wàn)古霉素耐藥,其中有2株表現(xiàn)為對(duì)萬(wàn)古霉素高度耐藥(MIC64mg/L),且對(duì)鏈霉素和慶大霉素同時(shí)表現(xiàn)為高度耐藥(MIC2048mg/L)。從耐藥表型和核糖體分型共同分析糞腸球菌的耐藥性,發(fā)現(xiàn)多重耐藥性嚴(yán)重,同一核糖體型菌株的耐藥表型并非完全一致。
[Abstract]:Forty strains of Enterococcus faecalis isolated and identified from a large scale pig farm and a large scale chicken farm in Shanghai area were tested for drug sensitivity of 12 antimicrobial agents by the method of broth dilution and Riboprinterum?Microorganism gene fingerprint system was used to detect the gene fingerprint of the isolated strain, and the ribosomal type and drug resistance of the isolated strain were detected respectively.The results showed that more than 80% of the 40 strains of Enterococcus faecalis were multidrug resistant, and 4 strains of Enterococcus faecalis were resistant to vancomycin.Two of them showed high resistance to vancomycin, MIC64mg / L, and to streptomycin and gentamicin, they were highly resistant to MIC2048mg / L, respectively.The drug resistance of Enterococcus faecalis was analyzed from the drug resistance phenotype and ribosomal typing. It was found that the multidrug resistance of Enterococcus faecalis was serious and the resistance phenotype of the same ribosomal strain was not identical.
